It’s Wendy’s. It’s a typical fast food chain. I personally love Wendy’s. Food is rock solid unless you have incompetent employees and managers.Bourbon bacon burger was great, employees were no trouble when I asked for additional bourbon sauce ( double stack requires more sauce to get the flavor to come through).Wife had the southwest salad which was good.I did read other reviews about customer service before coming here. I wouldn’t say it was bad during my visit. Employees were a bit standoff-ish, avoiding unnecessary contact/communication. They weren’t rude, but they aren’t exactly inviting either. One reason this stands out so much is another restaurant near here had a waitress who was endearing and an example of southern hospitality and another employee who seemed to have a good personality recognizable just by a few words passing by.
I didn't stay. Place was under staffed. People were over worked and there was no one to take an order as they were stuck on the drive thru. I don't think this is their fault given the economy, but in the end I left.
I enjoyed the meal as I always does,love the jucy ? meal fresh cold drinks and hot fresh fry,s neatly clean place to dine in or take out of yr choice
This morning I had a biscuit with Sausage Cheese and bacon and wedges and a frostychinno and it was good! The employees were nothing but friendly I’m going back to this Wendy’s
Service was good and quick. Restaurant was clean. Food was good. Love the new strawberry frosty.
Who manages this place? The workers are horrendous and absolutely looks like they have no idea what they are doing. Attitude sucks and waited 30 minutes for a simple order and couldn't even get that right.
Well Wendy's is a lot better than Burger King at least their food is hotheir food's hot Burger King is not you like cold food go check out Burger King on pines road
Brought out the wrong order and didn't even check with me. Had to personally get out my car and switch with another customer. Had us pull up to cheat their times too.
The staff here is amazing! I NEVER eat fast food, but needed a quick salad so we gave them a try. They were smiling and friendly, very pleasant! The floor was VERY greasy, though. I couldn't get the bathroom door open because I was sliding so much.....it was a little unsettling, made me wonder how clean the kitchen was!
The lady I believe to be the manager was completely rude. Even making smart remarks about me while I was sitting in the dinning room eating.... she needs to have a lesson on customer service.... I won't be visiting that location ever again or any Wendy's!!! She cost you a customer and more than just me! Word of mouth is very powerful!!!
