Perfect customer service ? Cheyenne was so great and so polite. BOOM BOOM SHRIMP POBOY is amazing!!!! The onion rings was so delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I don't often go to Walkons. but I was just disappointed. it wasn't horrible. but it wasn't great. slow service, whole place was disgusting. server was friendly enough but wasn't great. asked for a small house salad as an app. never got it.. when the entree was delivered I was told oh I'll go make your salad now....no thanks. just take it off the check. I ordered a 12 oz steak....at least 4 oz was pure fat and gristle. mashed potatoes were instant and unappealing. 3 hostesses standing around when the entire front lobby area desperately needed a broom. 2 stars
Let's see, for a first timer, the best things about the place was my burger and margaritas were spot on for flavor. My boyfriend's plate was less desirable. The catfish was like eating dirt. If I wanted to eat mudd cats I would have stay home. The hush puppies were basically just cornbread. For the price we were disappointed.. service was good
One of my favorite places to eat in Shreveport. I'd give it 4.5 stars, but it doesn't really deserve a 5 star rating. Food is always hot and fresh, and even when it's busy, the service is 2nd to none. They have a unique spin on Cajun bar food, and I'm here for it. Give the bayou pasta a whirl if you've never eaten here. The pastalaya is nothing to write home about, but the voodoo shrimp is really good. All-in-all, there are worse places to choose from, and we choose Walk-Ons every so often for a good meal and a welcoming atmosphere.
I ordered pickup for their jalapeno jack burger, fried pickles, and grown up grilled cheese sandwich. Total of the ticket was in the $30 range. Then I arrive and leave a tip for $20 because I used to work in the restaurant business myself. I even asked the lady there working the POS to check and see if my math was correct for a total of $51. She says yes and I walk away without a second thought. Fast forward to now, and they charged me $111.50. This is $50 more than what my total even was, and I have never been more disappointed with a restaurant. TO CHANGE MY TICKET AMOUNT for their own benefit is ridiculous. Do not go to the location here on Youree Drive in shreveport, LA. They steal money and have no integrity.
Food came out wrong, took 30 minutes to get it fixed, everyone was done eating,so I told the waitress I had to go and please take it off the ticket. She said she would ask her manager if she could comp the meal. She came back with the reduced ticket and no food. Comping the meal is the least you do to keep the customer, but I guess they aren't hurting for business.
Great food and great service. Definitely need to expand to Houston. Everything was delicious.
This location is so uncomfortable to work for. After being here and doing my job with no complaints and nothing but positive feedback from my tables, I was beginning to like it here. When the new manager Jared Wilkinson came along, picking on the servers that he’s intimated by…everything has gone down hill.
My partner and I visited Walk On's recently and we were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. Rachael served us from behind the bar and she could not have been any more welcoming! She was also highly knowledgeable of both the drinks and dishes they offer. Food was good, drinks were great, but Rachael's service goes untouched *chefs kiss*
