My sister and I ate breakfast there. It was great! Our waitress was very sweet. I forgot her name. She took good care of us.I give this place 2 ? up. Will be eating there again.
I like Waffle House. I get really tired of hearing stuck up people down the place. I have always enjoyed the food and I have never thought it was nasty... Except maybe the floor but nobody i know of eats off it. They clean that regularly too and the place is busy... So of course there is a spill every now and then. I stand by them and i enjoy the food.
Pretty good service, the food is always good, I just wish they would answer their phones for calling in orders more often, Maybe they were very busy.
Very friendly staff excellent food very little wait time. The servers and the cooks get to know you as a person. 100% would highly recommend
Some wackiness is always expected at Waffle House but this trip was the worst I can remember. The server was a rookie and no one was watching out for her. She came to the table 4 times with different hash browns before they were all correct. After enough attempts it just wasn't worth trying to get her to fix things and I just ate what I got served. SO, in the end all my food was either wrong or cold or both. The cashier at the register was too busy to take my money so I just left cash on the counter. Their tip was whatever coins were leftover from that. I hate to stiff a server on a tip but there was nothing in the entire experience that was worth a gratuity. I'm still a WH fan, but it will be a cold day before I go back to this one.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Waffle House I've ever been to! Waited forever for the employees to finish arguing amongst themselves about who's taking which table. The cook had to come and take our drink order! Someone finally came and took our meal order. She brought just a waffle to us. No butter, no syrup, and NO SILVERWARE! We waited a while and finally just left. Instead of doing their job, they argue loud enough for customers to hear. They stand in the corner gossiping amongst themselves. Will NOT be back to this one for sure!!
Everything was wonderful except for the waitress that was dressed like a clown ? not a good look.but everything was good and on time clean and plesent environment
Terrific food, really warm & friendly staff. Despite being very busy, the staff was quick and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly ? Great coffee.Will definitely be back if we come to Shreveport again.
Food was good. Friendly staff. Im just glad they're actually open unlike ihop.. great job waffle house.
