I wanted a to go order so I called twice did not answer so I drove up there ask if I could place an order to go and they said they're not doing to go orders right now?? Who does that
They were completely slammed! The waitress was amazing though! Food was mediocre
Walked in all tables were dirty didn't even bother to clean one out while I was in there had to walk out the place day crew I love most of time it's good but tonight was a mess had to walk out
Took a while to get waited on, but once we did the food and service was good.
They turn the ringer off on the phone so they don’t have to take phone orders and the manger is extremely rude. She loudly complained when we asked for ketchup.

Food was good just to cold inside when you're eating. By the time you get your food and pray it don't take long for your food to get cold. Turn the air down some.
They don't answer their phones but great service inside. I repeat never answer their phone any time after 10pm throughout the night
Food was delicious. The Cook even served me my food. Bravo. The waitress was warm and friendly I loved the song selection on Jukebox. It was clean in and outside too. Give an overall 10+
Ok so I love Waffle House. Mainly because I can sit at the bar and watch my food being cooked and it's always fresh! This time was no different in regards to the food. But the staff at this location were the most friendly, accommodating and witty. It was a great ending to our visit in Shreveport. Yall Rock!
