Food very tasteless. Way over priced for what you get. I recommend Kobes. Same price and way better food.
I've been a loyal fan of this restaurant for about 18 years. In the past few years, pre covid, I've noted a decline in quality. Because I'm loyal to a fault, I began visiting less frequently, but never quit, in hopes that the owner would turn it around. And, during the past two years, I've been even more forgiving, as all businesses are struggling during this "pandemic". However, I think tonight was my final straw. I called in an order and was quoted my total, $28.xx. When I walked in to pay, I was quoted $29.xx. I immediately knew there must have been a credit card fee. But, I asked, to verify. The young woman at the hostess stand verified that, yes, there is now a fee for a credit card transaction. I politely commented that it would be nice if I'd been forewarned, when I'd placed my order. She pointed to a sign on the hosts stand and said, "It says so right here." To which I replied that I couldn't very well read that sign through the phone, while placing my order, which is why it would've been nice if I'd been told." She all but told me that she couldn't care less, as she turned her back and walked away from me to sit at a nearby table. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review so that he'll know to attribute the downfall of his business to abysmal customer service from such employees.
Good spicy and delicious chicken, clean environment.
Excellent steak. The scallops were not as melt-in-your-mouth good as usual but still terrific! Vegetables were still crisp and fried rice was flavorful! Ordered ahead and set a time to pick up on my way home and everything came out hot and fresh by the time I had finished paying!
So much fun! Our chef was playful ànd made us laugh til out sides hurt! The food was excellent! And the bathrooms were clean!
Took forever to get seated (party of 7), said they only had one server. Food was great as usual.
Great place to go , food is super good ,my favorite is there seaweed& raw tuna salad . But the Hibachi is amazing too our family really enjoys the chef's there fun to watch and interact with ! I'm gluten free so I tell them no sauce and there very good about what they serve me.
Very disappointed today normally everything is very good. I did a to go order for steak and chicken with double rice no vegetables. I got home and only had steak, vegetables, and rice no chicken or my double rice .Called as soon as i realized and basically they didnt try to accommodate the situation even tho they knew they gave me the wrong order. They need new policies for these situation because the one in play now is unacceptable
An entertaining place to eat. I had steak and shrimp and it was delicious. Very friendly staff.
The hibachi and sushi rolls were delicious! The chef we had was funny and entertaining! We'll definitely be going back!
