Ambience and service was exceptional. Marco was an excellent waiterâ¦.and gave us good advice on selecting wines. The breads, butters, and crab cakes were particularly good. Steak was tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Didnât have room for dessert!
We thought that The food would be above the rest since it was at a Ballys Casino and it was their top restaurant. Our waiter and his assistant were excellent. They couldât do enough for us. Our waiter Marco recommended the sweet and sour shrimp with a tempura coating. It was excellent. The shrimp were huge and very tasty. We ordered the seafood pasta and the snapper Ponchatrain. The pasta was excellent. The snapper came out over cooked and I sent it back. It came back cooked better but it had a strange taste. We took most of it home but while in the car going back, the smell was awful. We threw it out when we got home. For $49 it was a waste. We had the oowey goowey dessert that was amazing. Probably should have had the steak.
The food was perfect and so was the staff. Marco is the most accommodating host. He remembers us by name and exactly what we want in our coffee. He is so personable. We always request to sit in his section. We just love him and appreciate his attention to detail.
Ben was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious and the other wait staff were on top of everything.
Excellent food, atmosphere, & service. I would most definitely affirm that this is one of the most elegant fine dining establishments in the Shreveport area.
My husband and I had dinner last night and everything was perfect! The tea, the bread, the sexy steak, the crab cakes, the broccoli, the baked potato, and the dessert were all on point! Our waiter reminded me of Arnold Schwarzenegger too! He was fantastic!

Had our anniversary dinner here, staff was tremendous in getting us seated at a quiet, spacious table and prompt with service. Food was excellent and it was all capped off by a magnificent desert surprise by the staff. Couldn't be happier, will most certainly return next time we are in the area.
