Got skimpy w refried beans when if i wasnt a vegaterian wouldnt be much of an issue. if i wanted a skimped i would of got the basic burritos half the price and would of been bigger
Always out of speciality items. Slow service and always forgets to put the sauce in the bag.
Visited this location in blanchard the manager couldn't get my order right while preparing it since he was on thr phone arguing than when he did fixs my order right only gave me like 10 fries no sir I need more than that it says a hot steak and white cheese nacho fries bowl not a SNACK
I paid $2.40 for extra meat on 3 soft shell supreme tacos and $1.20 for extra meat on a chicken chalupa supreme, so for 4 tacos I paid $16.00 & some change. It's Redicioulous that you Do Not get what you paid for. Apparently I was hungry if I paid for extra meat, because they Definitely do not put much on there in the first place. I will take this crapped up order back and get it fixed correctly; Heck, I work HARD for my monies.
This location was always a 5 if not 10 but this one evening people didn't show up for work or something but we waited in drive through for over a hour for our food to only get home and our food was cold..
Your food has gone down hill, as fresh and hot gos . You miss the mark big time . The quality of the food has gone way down as well. I very disappointed in the quality of the food , the food was cold , not hot as it sopost to be ! Ice tea was bad as well. Was not fresh at all. Had a tin taste to the tea,
The only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because I like some of the employees/ management… how hard is it to not put sour cream on something?? I’m guessing some of these employees need to learn to read!
They were not busy 2 orders inside and 3 cars in drive thru. Took 25 minutes for food the order was wrong do not recommend this location.3 working in back and 2 on drive thru window.so not staffing shortage
They were quick from when we walked in to getting our food. The quality of our food was great too. The manager even took time to come to the table and joke around with the kids. I left in better spirits. They really turned my day around.
The service is always greT. When ordering online they mK it fast and always correct.
