Just freaking amazing!! Came up from Baton Rouge and I’m so glad I met the owners and had a chance to enjoy the food!! Absolutely great!! French fries had cut and blackened catfish was amazing!! My kiddos had the boneless wings!! Large portions!! Just great overall experience!!
Well I really wanted to like this place.....but food wasn't good at all....I expected better1. Presentation was on point really good set up.2. Fish was God awful3. Chicken wing was cooked in old grease.Just save your money!!!!!
So I really WANTED to like this place but oh well! FIRST and formost, the lady at the register REALLY need some customer service skills, but I digress, I ordered the Shrimp Rotel, IT DID NOT HAVE A LICK OF CHEESE ON OR IN IT...HOW ARE YOU ROTEL WITH NO CHEESE? When I asked the cashier about it her attitude made me ask for my money back so I never even got to taste the food...SO I GUESS THEIR 1 STAR IS FOR ATTITUDE, LOL!
We saw buffalo wings on the street sign and decided to stop by for a quick bite. Once inside, we took a look at the menu and ordered fish instead. My wife had blackened catfish on a bed of rice and ordered some gumbo. The catfish was seasoned nicely and was very delicious. We had expected the $6 gumbo to come in a small bowl, nope. The chicken & sausage gumbo came out on a large plate and was more food than the blackened catfish plate with rice, it was good also. I had the fried catfish & shrimp with rice & gravy. The fish wasn't over seasoned but could've used a pinch more but was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, nicely done. The fried shrimp was small for my liking but it had a buttermilk like batter around it, this was good. The gravy on the rice did taste like store bought McCormick packaged gravy, but that was just our opinion. Everything was still very good ?. Only bad part was the brown gravy on rice and the size of the shrimp, otherwise I still recommend it and we will be back again.

I did a phone order and they told me it was going to be an hour wait. Got there after an hour and the food still wasn't ready. After 2 1/2 hours later, I ended up getting my money back because the order was wrong. That's some bad business!

Had the bbq chicken wings and it was smothered in thick Kraft bbq sauce. The chicken was old and hard. The shrimp is not the same on the pictures. These shrimp were tiny, frozen popcorn shrimp no flavor. The WORST was the catfish. It was slimy and mushy. It wasn’t cooked right at all. I threw up 5 mins after. The staff was friendly, food was HORRIBLE!!!!!! Had to throw everything away. Spent $58 for 3 plates. I still feel sick????
Missing menu items. The food tasted as if it was all cooked in the same grease vat. The fries were overcooked, the wings were over seasoned. Not a good 1st impression.
Friendly service. Helpful. Food was excellent. Proportion sizes are very generous. Will definitely be back.
