WELL THE FOOD WAS GREAT WHEN I WENT HERE I ORDERED I THINK A BAJA CHICKEN MELT OR SOME SORT BUT ADDED PEPPERS AND ONION SAUCE O MY WAS IT GOOD

This used to be my favorite subway to go to. The last few times I have been in the employees have been rude, it has been messy (cross contamination in the veggie section) and they never have Buffalo or Siracha sauce even though it is advertised on the menu. Today when I went the employee tried to convince me to tip at the register after going less than adequate service.
Fresh food and great customer service
The Ellerbe road location is awesome! I had a last minute order for several party platters and they were able to make everything with time to spare!! Thank you so much for great service!!

This used to be my favorite location. I would come 3/4 times a week on my break to get lunch that was always perfect! However, Last time I came I waited 10 minutes (literally) for my sandwich at the window with no other cars in the drive through. I honked because I could hear the ladies talking and was worried they forgot about me because I’ve NEVER waited more than 5 minutes without at least being told it may be a minute. I honked my horn lightly to get attention and nobody came to the window. I called multiple times to see if I needed to come inside and no answer. I finally went inside and she said she was making it. Still confused on why it took 10 minutes with an empty building but whatever. I’ve never had problems at this location but now I drive over to the Bert kouns location.
Garbage taste , Food is stale. We went on Friday night to take a to go . The serving lady was so tired and was about to fall down and was not interested to serve . She almost lost all her energy and we felt she is in a state of confusion . Ordered Footlong and tasted like garbage . We didn’t had subway for awhile and thought to get something on Friday night . Very very disappointed.I am never going to try at this location .
