Absolutely awful ?. My daughter bought lunch for her Dad and I (Mom), and was so excited to be able to financially afford her parents a healthy, fast food meal. When her Dad drove to get our meals, the employees were not friendly, did not greet him upon walking in to the establishment, and when Dad asked the workers about an order for our daughter, they did not say a word to him but just reached out their hand and held out our order. Dad asks the workers if there were drinks, they shrugged their shoulders and then replied "No"...which was incorrect. When Dad arrived home with food, it was just a soggy, awful mess! AND, they DID forget our chips/drinks. We called back to speak to the manager, and we were told she was gone. We were asked what was wrong with our food, and when I told her what was forgotten from our order, she rudely interrupted me, told me "Since there ain't nothing wrong wit your food, we can't refund THAT." At that time I only asked for my forgotten items; but when she rudely told me we have to come back for forgotten items and would not even allow me to speak about the sandwiches being inedible, I told her to JUST forget it. ALL of THAT rude attitude made the 2 bites out of my sandwich even more horrible than it originally tasted! I want my daughter's money back to her... THIS was a terrible experience! I didn't even dare take pics of what the other 2 sandwiches looked like, worse than mine (pictured below) We ordered "less" on "wet" condiments for a reason... instead, we got MORE!!!!!

I love Subway I've never had trouble with any of that I can remember this particular day I was having a very bad day I was having trouble with my order which was no fault of the young ladies if she was very patient and help me I'm very thankful for that

Staff dont care, I dont expect 5 stars from any Subway, but id be willing to bet the artist that made my sub, wouldn't care if he were making a sub for his own loved one. Medicare at best, but has the potential of being the standard. The manager was sweet and the restaurant was nice and clean.
Staff was very professional and attentive. They were also very nice. And the restaurant was very clean.
One staff person at the counter did not acknowledge me entering. My online order had been prepared and was left on the counter behind the serving area. I had to wait for a walk in order to be prepared before I was acknowledged. Other staff could be heard in the backroom, obviously the front area staff person could have asked for help when other customers came in for food.
Wasn't busy and only one girl was working while the others where in the back being loud and laughing.
The club sandwich is a great sandwich. I always buy the 12 inch. I think if your buying the 12 inch,it need to be 5 pieces of meat they put on there instead of r pieces each. But its a good sandwich
When it comes to delivery pick up they take forrever. I arrived before the long lines bit they finish all the customers before working in delivery order. No system.
