The ice machine is “down” magically all of a sudden. This Subway has better food and better service than most Subways, but I think the Lobby Ice Machine being inoperable is intentional to discourage the hotel residents from coming to purchase drinks. So for that I give them 2 stars, if they get it fixed soon, then I will bump the rating up to 4. I expect it to stay at 2 stars.
Associate on 7-11-22 tried to rip me off with nonstop, aggressive upselling. When I called her out on it and politely asked her to stop she became very rude with a tone and passive aggression. I was going to let it slide, but decided to report to assistant manager there. She should be fired. Lost my business! (Also a coworker had an associate here become "triggered" on them too)

I love SUBWAY. The assortment of breads and other ingredients is AWESOME!ITS FRESH AND. MAKE IT YOURELF. WATCH THE EXPERTS DO IT. THEN YOU GET A CHANCE TO PAY FOR IT . LOVE THE FRUITY TEA!
