My partner and I went in on April 2, 2020. We got 2 subways melts. One sandwich was perfect, but the other one was messed up. I have pictures to prove the issue as well. I submitted a complaint in online and I got an email confirmation back saying it will be transferred to the district manager. Never heard from them. I called the store to speak with the store manager, I left a message as it was during the lunch rush. Never received a call. I called today about the issue. The store manager proceeds to tell me that there is nothing she can do as the order was done on the 2nd and today is the 20th and her employee did that right. I tell her that is not how it is done. The manager then proceeds to get rude with me. I ask for the district manager phone number and she said I can call corporate office. I asked for the corporate office number and she then says "There is nuthin I can do, so goodbye" nd hangs up. I want the corporate office number, district manager phone number. I work in customer service since I was age 16 and never treated a customer like this. This is just rude and horrible customer service. If I was yall, I wouldn't stop at that subway until they hire a new crew.. The crew is horrible. Very rude, they don't talk to the customer and when the customer asks a question they ignore the customer and continue having the conversation on there own. The store manager needs to be replaced as well.

2/11/21My sandwich was absolutely delicious the lady with the short blonde style prepared my sandwich and added suggestions to make it better!! Haven't really enjoyed my subway sandwich like I did today! Thank you
