As we arrived we had to wait a few minutes while the car ahead of us waited. When we arrived to the speaker and placed our order, we were told to stay at the speaker until they told us to pull up. The other car pulled off at that time. This process took us about 4-5minutes . When we get to the window, the young lady told us our total & she proceeded to give us our drinks. We ordered the grande caramel ribbon crunch frappe it was watery, we also ordered the mocha frappe with no whipped topping it had whipped topping and we informed them that it was supposed to be without whipped topping, they gave us the drink back & it was watery, we also order the grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher, it didn’t have the strawberry pieces inside , I asked about them and she said they were out. Why didn’t you tell me this at the speaker? This whole experience was ruined for us at this particular Starbucks because we really wanted Starbucks today & we were disappointed from start to finish. We probably won’t return to this location for a while.
I worked here YEARS AGO but being a customer is just as nice as I remember it. Coffee is still good as well as the snacks & how nice the staff takes care of the place. Go at Christmas time!
I don’t have much to complain, because my drink tasted the same as always. The drive-thur went smoothly. The staff were friendly when we got our order.
Excellent green tea latte (with coconut milk) but the nitro cold brew was just OK.Staff was friendly knew their stuff.—-/-/——I’m ready for Starbucks to go back to using our cups. Or reusable. I can’t even imagine how many landfills have been filled with Starbucks mugs by now. Can we go back to using our mugs please? And I don’t need another lid thanks.The above message is not specific to this Starbucks, it’s to Starbucks in general. Starbucks corporate! I hope somebody’s listening.
I have been attempting to call this location since 9:15 this morning. It is 1:23 right now. After 10 attempts, I’m done. I went through the drive through and got a vente green tea frap. I did start to drink if until I got to my office. There is a huge piece of ice in the middle and very little drink. Usually they blend it all up but not today. I am more disappointed that they didn’t answer the phone to help me get a replacement then anything.
Same mistake every time, they never add the sweetener in the drink that I pay for. And when I bring it up and politely ask for them to remake it with sweetener they have a nasty attitude about it. This happens every time and it’s always the same people.
Honestly not much can be said. It’s a Starbucks you wait a while in line you order something they may or may not have it in stock or that’s a seasonal item. You pay for what you order and hopefully your happy.If you don’t know what a Starbucks is by nowYou need to go back to living under a rock
Ordered a medium roast coffee, with sugar-free vanilla, splenda, and cream. Paid $4+ and received a black coffee? Surely starbucks employees know the difference?
This is absolutely the SLOWEST most UNORGANIZED morning crew at a Starbucks that I have ever experienced. Mobile order over 15 minutes late and no sense of urgency.
Driving through so we got 3 drinks. Not one was actually what we ordered and nothing written on the cups, so we have no idea what is in them. And of course, we would have to turn around and go back to the store for a refund or replacement. Very disappointing
