This location is more focused on online orders than in person customers. If you do use this location best to order ahead. 15 mins for one latte. Only one person in front of me.

They had a pretty strong attitude towards me and one other customer who were waiting a very long time for drinks. Not the best vibe today, while visiting from out of town. As a former barista, I was disappointed.
I recently visited this Starbucks. After waiting for about 5 minutes (with three people ahead), the baristas finally acknowledge the line and start taking orders. After getting to the front to order, I was told they were out of the cold brew I wanted. I changed it to a Venti cold brew with an espresso shot and sf vanilla and also ordered my daughter a venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. So when my order is called , I get a grande iced coffee no sf vanilla. I told the barista that I ordered sf vanilla but didn’t get any. I didn’t even bother mentioning it was the wrong size. She stared at me like “and…”. I asked if she could add it to my drink. She squirts some in a cup and handed it to me. After waiting about 10 more minutes, my daughters mocha cookie crumble is finally called. It was not made at all like the other stores make it. It looked like a Java Chip with cookie on top? Idk.. it was rediculous. I used to be a barista and am a regular at Starbucks, I know this isn’t the standard. I will stick to the other locations from now on, this location was awful.

I ordered Vinte Java Chip. I was going to restroom and complimented a young girl & her mother on the heart T-shirt the little girl wore - explaininv I grew up in fashion.When exiting restroom, the young barista said I could not stay in Starbucks. So I left. Very dissapointed for sure.
This shop is almost never empty. A steady stream of customers is in the place all day, it seems, but the staff still sends to crank out the orders in a reasonable amount of time. If there is a delay, they've always explained it to me, which made the wait easier to bear. And the quality of the drinks has been consistently good, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and engaging, making me feel welcome whenever I venture in.
This is my favorite spot for coffee. Always the best.
Disappointing visit today. A lot of confusion - orders getting mixed up and a twenty minute wait. No tp in restroom - the other restroom out of order!Staff complaining - it look like only two really working. One staff member was filling orders then went to collecting trash then back to making coffee for customers. Never washing hands or wearing gloves
every one who works here is super friendly and always make everything perfectly! I always mobile order and they are super quick and accurate, and the outside seating area is nice!!
