Absolutely, hands down, the BEST chicken in this area. Always good, always fresh and always tasty.

I had no intentions to stop here. I was passing through from Tennesee. The line was down the street and I had to jump in. The line move pretty fast. I only care for dark meat so I got a 5 piece dark! Y’all omg omg! Did I say omg ???the chicken was so damn good! I wanted to turn around to get more! It’s definitely worth the wait which wasn’t long. They was moving that line ?
Heard the chicken was fantastic! I never got to taste it.. It could have a lot to do with being given the wrong order twice... not once but TWICE!I ordered tenders, got about a mile down the road and reached into the box to try a French fry. Out can a chicken Wing. I drove back told them they gave me the wrong order. Granted they were busy, but I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order to be ready. Guess no one eats Chicken Tenders but me. They had to cook them, while customers were coming and going as I waited. Finally!! The box had tenders in it, so away I go. 5 miles down the road I was brave enough to reach for a FF... you guessed it, it was wrong. SPICY Hot.. I ordered mild!!I can NOT have Spicy food, so it was a big shock. Considering I live 21 miles from the restaurant, I didn't return the chicken. I just went home & dumped it in the trash.The food was a real disappointment, but the employees were super friendly and polite.That's the only good thing I can say since I never got to taste the GREAT Chicken that everyone raves about!
Excellent chicken, best in Shreveport. Crispy, flavorful and addictive. From California, and everytime we come to Louisiana, it's a MUST HAVE. With a line like this, you know it's good.
Road trip! We drove 3 ½ hr just to go to this Southern Classic location to see what all the talk was about. We heard good things about this place and by specifics this location. What made this experience good was the associates/ employees! They were nice and friendly, funny, fast and accurate with all of our orders. Our food was fresh and hot. So hot I could barely touch it but I was touching and getting burnt because it taste so good. All in all the food was good but the people that worked there made it even better.
This is the best fried chicken around. A must try if you haven't already, trust me you will go back again and again. It's well worth it. I love this place.

Our family just loves classic chicken. We have been ordering it since they moved their location to Mansfield rd. Picking up some today to take to my 96 year old mom today in Texas. They love it there too.
