1 of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced!! Dont know if they are rude to everyone or just white people. I ordered #1 with mashed pot, i got fries and asked for mashed, lady said.." she didnt ring you up for mashed".. I said but I asked for mashed potatoes and it's the same price...she kept saying..she didnt ring u up for mashed potatoes...lady rolled her eyes the entire time and nearly threw the food at me. I will never go there again and will tell everyone not to go there. If you like making money, get better employees!! Every where i go in Shreveport is this way..starting to think its a racist thing.
I waited for 15 minutes out in front of the building after I placed my order and they brought me my order finally after having called in there to remind them and when I got home the order was completely wrong I’m so disappointed because this is my favorite chicken in town. Sorry southern classic that was not very nice of you
The chicken is the best taste , chicken in Shreveport bois lousiana ! Your land scape gardens, need help !!! Your Rose's are die. Than need alot of water . Water them at 7 pm . And than will spring back after to nights of watering them .
They're not as good as they used to be but it's still pretty good I eat there at least three times a month
My absolute favorite Chicken Tenders!!!Perfect Crunch, well-spiced excellent seasonings, wonderfully juicy meat, great signature sauce!First time I had them I couldn't stop thinking about them all week till I got them again, that's how good they were tasting to me. I give it 5 Stars plus this extra Star ⭐ when I think it's exceptional.
Southern Classic Chicken is the best chicken in Shreveport, hands down. I have friends who have moved out of state that MUST eat here and at Southern Maid before they return home. The sides are delicious as well. I love the Cajun rice.
Have you ever seen the lines going to that place the food is great and the service is quick,, no long waits great service and good food that's a combination you can't beat
Don't be intimidated by the line of cars stretching into the street. It moves quickly. Definitely worth the wait. Crispy, tender, juicy fried chicken. Absolutely delicious. Also try the dirty rice. I fell in love with it. Will be making that drive many more times
Southern Classic Chicken is always good and fresh. The only thing I don't like is that they don't put your box of chicken in a bag and when you ask them to they have an attitude, that is the only problem I have had so far. The employees are very nice until you ask to have your chicken in a bag!
No hotsauce! Wth?? There is not a chicken they don't make that doesn't need hot sauce! Either they're too stingy to order any or what?? The young lady at the window was friendly I did a walk up. The chicken was hot so were the sides.This one is located on Hollywood. Much nicer customer service than the one on Mansfield.
