This place have some of the best burgers! I love the service as well and always make sure I tip!
It's always a pleasure with sonic... they always get my order right, and everything is always fresh....
It says they open at 6am I always come at 6:45 and they’re never open on time do not go to this location. They also never answer the phone at this location.
I ordered some milkshakes for me and my son. We waited a long time before the shakes were brought out to us.
The order couldn't be taken at the stall everyone was told to come to the drive thru and we sat in the stall about 10 minutes before being asked to drive around.
The quality of food has gone way down. Burgers and sandwiches are always smashed. When you order a cherry lime aid it never has lime or cherries in them. There online app never works anymore. It takes your money, but doesn't send the order. You have to re-order and prove you bought it by showing your bank account. Do better Sonic on Mansfield Rd. Do better.
I don't know who trained ya'll but add relish does not mean add the whole bottle, completely ruined 2 Chili Cheese Coneys we bought yesterday.
I am visiting from another state and I stopped in to get a small blast and a drink, unfortunately the ice cream machine was down and apparently the system. I seen them have to turn away business because of this, some of the customers were rude and annoyed, but the car hop kept his composure and was very polite. I can't remember what his name was but he wore skates and was a short colored man. He was the only carhop I seen and the business appeared to be very short handed. The carhop was very apologetic and refunded my money from ordering on the app. I sat in my car for a few minutes taking care of some business before hitting the road again and googling the next nearest sonic, when the carhop came out and brought me my drink. I was so thankful that I didn't have to fight traffic again to get a drink. I will totally recommend this business in the future and will be back while I'm in town again.
Today I pulled into stall and pushed the red button because I already knew what I wanted and plus I only had a 30 min break. I waited for a reply as I’m aware sometimes it may get busy.Ten minutes passed and no reply. Two others pulled into stalls next to me and got an instant reply so I thought maybe this intercom isn’t working after sitting an additional ten more minutes. So I pulled into another stall and the same exact thing no reply. At that time the Owner walks out to interview this guy. I asked him “excuse me I don’t think certain stalls are working.” He replies “It’s not working because you keep switching stalls but ok”, and keeps walking.So he goes inside and come on the intercom I’m at asking for my order sarcastically. I wanted to leave but was pressed for time.I made my order and asked could he come out and speak to me.I explained to him that I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble, I only wanted to order. He goes on to tell me he’s the owner and that I should have stayed in the first stall after I kept saying no one replied to me in either stall. At that point I knew I wouldn’t ever spend my money there again. It was an awful experience.I told him Im just shocked I was being talked to like that and he told me well Im sorry you’re shocked. Wow, just wow!
