Always very good. Extremely polite workers and food is almost always (90%) fresh and hot. Which for around here with fast food is amazing

Appreciate the staff that work here, they know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. The restaurant and fast food industry is not doing good around Shreveport and bossier especially, but this location always surprises me. Good job guys

Waited 20+ minutes for 2 medium cokes. They never came. Store was great when the Reisers owned it.

it’s been over 45 minutes and we ordered a cookie dough blizzard and an ice cream cone. still waiting in the parking lot haven’t received anything even tho on the screen it said our waiter was on their way. very disappointed and won’t be coming to this location anymore. last couple of times i’ve come here the service has been terrible and taken over 20 minutes to receive anything even tho it’s not busy.

Best selection of soft drinks in town. Where else can you get a diet DP with a shot of vanilla? And drinks are always 1/2 price if you use the app.

The highest-volume delivery service sends me here frequently, and it's always a gamble. Pull up to a stall? Told to go to the drive thru. Pull up to the drive thru? Told to pull over to a stall.The other day I received an order, and I immediately received a follow-up message that it was complete and ready to be picked up. This only happens if the store employees mark the order as ready. Five minutes later I pulled up, pressed the red button, and informed them I was there for the order.Ten minutes passed, and no order. I pressed the red button again and asked if it was coming. They said it would be right out. Five more minutes passed, and still no order.So, a total of twenty minutes after I was told the restaurant marked the order complete, and with no order in hand, I unassigned and left. I watched your carhops hand out at least ten other orders during that time.I get that you're trying to protect your metrics. If you want to lie to corporate, that's your business. But don't screw with your delivery drivers. We get paid $0/hr, so it literally costs us money in missed opportunities to have to sit there and be lied to. I'll be declining future offers for your franchise, and I know I'm not the only one.

This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened. I didn’t wanna leave a review at first but after 5 total drinks that I can’t drink I’m gonna say something. I’m a type 1 diabetic and I cannot have normal sodas, I have to have diet. Last time I was here I got my original drink, and then asked for 2 replacements so I could have a drink I could have. I didn’t get one. This time I had to get two drinks and still, not a single one was diet. It’s ridiculous. Idk if the syrups for the fountains are messed up, or if the employees just don’t care. But it needs to be fixed

Waited at least 6mins at a drive up position w/no response, then stuck in drive thru for another 15 mins only to have order messed up. No receipt. No apologies.

Great food. I love their #1 without onions and no mayo add mustard. Top off with a cranberry ? nade drink.
