This was my first time at Smoothie King and it was a great experience. I was welcomed in the store, helped with ordering (as I had no idea what to get), and was told how I could save money on future smoothies. I ended up getting the X-treme Tart Cherry and used the Free Upsize Friday deal ($1 for nonmembers). It tasted great! The employees were nice, the store was clean, and service was fast. This was my first time here and won’t be my last!

This is one busy Smoothie King. There were literally nine people all working hard at the same time (most locations have like two, and this place is no larger). They keep up with the business very well. And of course, create a perfectly blended smoothie. Thank you!

For a first visit it was nothing spectacular. There we no suggestions or recommendations offered. So I just ended up getting a pineapple spinach. The smoothie I got was pretty good. Not sure if I'll be back to that particular location.

Extremely rude! I went to this location today around 11:30. I went to the drive thru and ordered a “muscle punch” and one other smoothie for a coworker. When I pulled around to pay I was asked if I had the “power punch” I proceeded to tell her no I had a “muscle punch” I then got told more than once that a “power punch” is what I had ordered and that’s what they made for me. After telling the young lady that it didn’t need to be an argument and asked what was in a “power punch” thinking maybe they made a mistake but I’ll drink it anyways but nobody would answer as to what was in it. I was then asked by another young lady if I still wanted the “muscle punch” and I said yes and I again got told that a “power punch” was what I ordered. After being told three times I ordered a “power punch” when I know for a fact I didn’t and it was very obvious they were not going to make me a “muscle punch” I just asked for my card back and cancelled both smoothies! As someone who worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, how I was talked to was totally unacceptable!!

I visited Smoothie King for the first time last month, and I did not like my experience. The smoothie was disgusting and the crew members were not helpful or knowledge about the menu. I attempted to contact the manager, but they never returned my call.

terrible service!waited in line for over 20 mins before even getting to order. then once i get to the window they charged me for a peanut butter smoothie and tried handing it to me and i told them i ordered something different- they took it from me and gave me what i ordered but didnt fix the fact they charged me for the other!

Very rude. Two teenage girls working drive thru refusing to serve after 8:30 (closes at 9), unprofessional, cussing loudly for us to hear and openly talking badly about us and other customers. I’ll gladly drive to bossier location, since they have respectful and professional employees.

The girl on the window on July 3rd around 8:30pm is the rudest most unprofessional employee I’ve ever dealt with. First of all it couldn’t have been more obvious she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want us there by the way she greets you, and then to laugh at me asking if they still had a certain flavor. Fire that garbage and get real workers! Wtf!
