Great food and friendly staff. This place definitely does not disappoint.
Friday evening we visited our favorite pizza place. From walking in the door we were greeted with a smile. The great atmosphere carried over to our waitress Hannah. She was awesome and very observant of her tables. She was quick to check on everyone not jist us and keep things full and make sure everyone was good and dixnt need anything. The pizza as always was frssh and delicious as we remember it from back when we were kids. On the way out the staff running ovens and working the kitchen area thanked us for coming amd to have a great night. All in all we wanted to brag on Hannah our waitress for all she did while we were there it was filling in but you kept calm and took care of everyone. I would recommend Smittys for a down home atmosphere and great food and staff. Thanks for taking care of us Hannah job well done. We will see you next trip.
The pizza is great! The buffet is always fresh! The staff behind the counter is so friendly and helpful. The only big issue is the waitress. When customers walk in the door she makes noises like she is discussed, she spends most of her time at the computer, and good luck getting your drink filled, or she is walking around complaining how busy she is. But really, she isn’t doing that much. Her signing that she graces everyone with, is horrible too. I go there because of the great buffet, if there was better service, that place would be packed.
This pizza was horrible. I will never come back. I was very disappointed because my coworkers told me the pizza was so good. It was dry and tasteless. Their so call New York Style pizza was anything but NY style. The thin crust was dry, very dry. I would never recommend this restaurant
When was the last time you ate pizza at a pizza parlor? That long… same here. We stopped in for lunch today and had a great experience and even better food. Meat lover pizza New York style with a trip to the salad bar. Wow! It’s was delicious. Super friendly and attentive staff. Come get it a try I think you will be happy, I was!
We went on a weekday around 4 PM. We were the only customers there. The cheese sticks were great, the wings were soggy, and the pizza was just okay. It was overpriced, and the waitress was not very kind. My 11 month old baby kept repeating Ma Ma, Ma Ma. She told him harshly, “Why don’t you say something else.” Then she gave us the bill less than two minutes after she brought out our pizza. We totally felt rushed. We definitely will not be returning.
It was my first visit there and I was pleasantly surprised. Some friends of ours picked the place and had us meet them there. It was a great experience and the food was excellent! The pizza was loaded with meat and cheese. It was like the olden days. I would highly recommend.

Hi we lived in Shreveport fo over 50 years and Smitty's has the best pizza ever...we now live in Florida and we miss Smitty's pizza so much wish we could get delivery to Florida
Great pizza. A wonderful change from the big chains. We drove from south Bossier. Worth it!
