This is what I received for $27 and change. The ribs was small, not meat on them. The turkey was cold and stacked to look plentiful. The bread was hard. I ordered augratin potatoes and received a cheesy soup with maybe 3 potatoes in it. I've eaten here before and the food was amazing. I was definitely disappointed. I didn't complain because of how busy it was and the employees was swamped. I will make a call Tuesday when they open.
Reasonably priced for the quality of steak you get. The atmosphere is overall loud if you come during peak hours so it might be difficult to hear what someone at your table is saying unless they are sitting right next to you.Only issue I’ve had in the past is that no waiter approached my table for a solid 20-30 minutes when I came here on a date about a year and a half ago (it wasn’t even that busy). Was about to get up and leave when the sweet hostess came over and took our order.
Waited on a confirmation for a reservation for over 24 hours for Saturday June 18. I was rudely told that management was busy and would call whenever they could per Abby. Only minutes later I received a call back. I've been to this establishment a few times but food had to be sent back due to being cold. Our server Kirsten was very polite and attentive the only positive thing about the day.
Very nice place. Appetizers and Steaks were cooked perfectly. The only thing that I didn't like was that they add 18% gratuity to every check. The service was great so no complaints there. But with great service I normally tip way more. If 18% is what they want, that's what they get.
The scalloped potatoes were amazing (they were something different on menu but I can't remember what) it was pricey but I would 100% recommend.
Really great food, atmosphere is pub/restaurant.Decor is western and comforting.Wait staff are cordial and inviting.
My Husband and I decided to eat here for the first time this weekend and the food was really good we both ordered the Alaskan halibut with the lump crab risotto. It was really delicious..it was our first time trying halibut and we are glad we did if you haven't already eaten here give them a try !!!

It was a good dinner but in a Saturday night the wait was rediculous. They wouldn't take a reservation from our party, but when we got there we were on a waiting list because we had no reservation. Drinks at the bar were good but took 1.5 hours to get seated. Had it been up to me we would have left but the dinner party was for a friend. Hostess were rude when asked about seating. Food was meh...
We had a fly in our glass of tea. Last time I had a hair in my food and I said nothing, but this time I had to say something . I know these things sometimes happen, but 2 visits back to back with different issues? I used to own a restaurant and if my customer found something like that and it was legitimate I always offered to buy their meal. Today, I paid for a group of seven people to have steaks and certainly didn’t need for anyone to pay for a meal, so I spoke to the manager, because I didn’t want the issue to be swept under the rug again. I told him how I felt and he didn’t even offer a discount for the meal. Going out to eat is all about good customer service and a clean restaurant. I hate to say it, but really great food and beautiful atmosphere doesn’t cover up contaminated food and bad management.
