For a couple of years we drove out to this location because we thought their fried fish was some the best in the area. We just ate there today 7/16/22 and the fish looked and tasted like it came out of the freezer. Not sure why they changed their quality but we won’t be back.
The service me and my friend received at Shane on North Market where Ms. Robbie is the Manger is poor and judgmental!! We order dinner and the food was a glob of fried fish meal over rice. Sad part I when I spoke to the water that I can not eat this? she still wanted to charge me for food that was proven to be unfit to consume. I requested to speak with theManger,. I pull her to the side so no one else could here how disrespectful the food was cook for me.. I requested it to me remove from my Bill... She look at me as if I was being untruthful about the dinner plate. She said,' "I HAVE TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU ATE" ....AS IF I WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO AS HER TO REMOVE THE BILL. Once she saw the plate still full. ? I guess she realized that everybody that don't look like here can be honest, professionally. But it Total clear she have her favorite people she respect. I suggest eat Mexican food next door. They don't care if you Mexican black or white. they will respect you as a customer.
Shane's on Hwy 1 North Market Shreveport, LA. is the BEST place to eat in this area. I visit there at least 3-4 times a week. The atmosphere is family friendly. The food is delicious. I have always gotten exactly what I ordered and its always fresh and hot. Mainly I have to use drive thru do to a disability causing mobility problems while walking. Other times my friends and I go inside and eat. KAYLEE and ROBBIE are always so helpful, friendly and they always remember my name when I order. Both KAYLEE and ROBBIE are both a great asset to Shane's. They are professional at all times. Good job SHANE'S ON HWY 1 NORTH MARKET.
I’ve gone to this Shane for years!! Hands down the best one I’ve been too! Food is always fresh! Everyone is very nice in the staff! But i will say melanie is one of the nicest workers there! People need too give this place more credit it is truly amazing and great has great food!
Shane’s was nice and clean. Service was friendly and spot on! I didn’t care for the boiled crawfish but that’s just personal preference, they weren’t bad, just not spicy enough for me. We had a shrimp po-boy and it was delicious. I’ll be back to try more items on the menu. It all looked great!
Shane’s on north market is hands down the best Shane’s location , the staff are always wonderful and so nice. The food is always on point , never disappointed with my meals. Robbie and Kaylee are awesome managers !
Shanes on Hwy 1, North Market, Shreveport is the greatest place to eat. I eat there a lot during the month. I always go thru drive-thru and Robbie the manager ALWAYS knows my order red beans and rice and cornbread or cornbread for my lunch at home. Robbie and Kaylee are both so friend and helpful. Shane has great employees on North Market and Hwy 1. Thanks for great service. We are thankful Shane's decided to put a location Hwy 1 North
Shane’s on north market is the best everyone is friendly and the service is awesome! I always enjoy a evening meal there. It’s almost like spending time with family!
Shane's To-Go is amazing! Brittney Is very friendly and answers all and any questions that anyone asks. food was amazing too! love the catfish
The Blanchard location is my favorite. The staff is great and the food is always hot and tasty. Excellent atmosphere and everyone knows everyone. It is a great hometown place to eat.
