Doordash delivered me someone else's order and was unable to process a redelivery because the store was closing soon. I know it wasn't their fault but I reached out to the store first and the manager and employees were super nice and willing to fix the issue. After finding out it couldn't be redelivered by doordash, I called them back to let them know and not only were they very apologetic , one of the employees volunteered and insisted that he deliver my food. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that I got my food ??
Food was really good and fresh no complaints not to much of a wait time ordered food and was done in a prompt time

OMG!Want some great great southern food. Sam's Southern Eatery is it! More than enough food. Every morsel is tasty & Ms. Penny!!! Great waitress! Love me some Ms. Penny. Can't wait till I get back to Shreveport. Sam's is a must stop for me.
Love eating at Sams…my husband usually gets the philly sandwich and I typically get a burger with jalapeños on it. If we don’t do that we get the fish dinners. All of them are good places to eat!

Never been to this location before. Honestly, it is one of the better ones. A location in Southernhills does not have much flavor to me, however there was lots of spice and not too much. They also gave me an extra piece of fish! And the food was still hot after not eating it right away. Will definitely be at this location again. Worth the drive!
Horrible service. No air-conditioning in the building at all. When I ordered ahead they told me it would be 10 minutes. I arrived there 15 minutes after I ordered and proceeded to wait in the hot building for 30 more minutes. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I will never go back to this dump
