Quick service, love the way its packaged, and had good flavor, but the crawfish was a little dry and hard to get the meat out which is usually from over cooking. I don't think they soak the crawfish long enough for it to absorb the flavor, and that's why they put more seasoning on them after they're cooked.Good crawfish doesn't need seasoning put on after it's cooked.
My family and I were extremely disappointed with the crawfish. Some of the potatoes were days old and had more black spots than usual. We are definitely crawfish lovers and know good crawfish. They were rubbery and tasted days old also. They were cold and there was a green color to the outside and insides to many of them. Pretty sure we got leftover crawfish. The corn was rubbery also. Boudin was a whitish color and could have been cooked longer. Very, very disappointed after finally trying this place after about a year of it being in Shreveport. This is Easter weekend and we gathered with family to enjoy crawfish, but it was truly a let down. Many of them were very small and they were not seasoned much at all. Crawfish aren’t cheap and it was a waste of money. Maybe it was a bad day, but won’t be trying again.
Flavor was great. Size was good. Seasoning on point but there is no way each of these boxes are five pounds each. Unless you weigh hem in the boxes. Highly disappointed with the purchase of 2 5 lb deludes. Feels like each was only actually 3 pounds
Love being home during Crawfish season! Rubber Boot has some of the best in town! If you're looking for that CAJUN FLAVOR check them out.

The customer service is great. The people were very nice. The lines were long but they moved quickly. Presentation was pretty; the crawfish on the other hand weren't up to my liking. If you are a garlic lover, this may be the perfect place for you. We ordered the 5 lbs boxes and it looked good. However the taste wasn't good to me.
Not only was it the organization & customer service. Baby it was the crawfish for myself & family! I’m a true “Chuck Wagon” Fan but you guy’s are a 10/10! The potato with the house sauce YASSSSSS‼️‼️‼️
