It's a very stress free environment and everyone is very pleasant, especially when it comes to small talk. However the star reduction comes at the service.. And despite how nice the people are that work there, I often have to wait between 20 and 30 minutes or so just to receive my food, much less my drink. (And I've heard some had to wait even longer) Although from what I've seen and had, the food is anything but bad but it isn't the best quality either, but enough for a 4 star, especially since the prices are very good for what's offered.

Well I just walked out of one of my favorite breakfast places I like to eat at in Shreveport.. literally everyone since I had walked in by myself, got their food and left. 35 minutes I waited just for a cheese burger. I couldn’t believe it. I asked my waitress twice what was the deal and she said she didn’t know. 35 minute wait for a cheese burger and it was me by myself and 3 other customers.

My first time in restaurant for a breakfast.Health department needs to shut them down!Absolutely disgusting.*I’ve seen cleaner restrooms in bars.*Ordered eggs “sunny side up medium”Waitress argued with me when I told her they were raw. She took the partially consumed eggs AND PUT THEM BACK ON THE GRILL!*ordered pork chops that came thinner than the bacon, they were seared on both sides, over seasoned but first and only bite was nasty raw!Breakfast was overpriced at $30 for myself, customer service did not exist, and there is black mold on ceiling wear a water leak was above our heads.

Hey RJ’s,This was my first time trying this restaurant. When I first walked in, we are able to choose our table where we want to be seated (if there’s an open table available). The waitress was friendly, but super busy as well. It was understandable since there wasn’t a lot of people working that day. I ordered the cheeseburger with Cajun fries. This felt like I was back at school eating from the cafeteria. The fries weren’t homemade but store bought. Most of it was store bought items. I don’t agree with the meal prices, even though their menu is all affordable.

So good!!!! I don't know what there names were, but there were three people there working. An older gentleman, a middle aged lady, and the cook. (Didn't see him) They were all real friendly and nice. They took my order and I went to get some gas real quick. By the time I got back, which was about 10 minutes later, my food was ready. When I got home I was quite happy!!! The fries were Cajun fries, and the burger was fantastic!!! Actually tasted like beef. The bacon was the best I've had from a restaurant in a while. And I went there around 1:30 a.m.

Kitchen staff unfriendly and rude. Food is good but most times out of menu items or cook just won't cook it. Use to go here all the time but now only when other places are unavailable.

I love the food was great ! It came out hot and fresh and ready to eat ! Very happy ! Staff was very friendly as well.

Eh it was ok. Looks wise, needs a face lift. Food was ok. Pretty comparable to ihop. Price was $30 for 2 people. Omelet and chicken fried steak. I'm always trying new places so give it a try.

Quite possibly the last home style cooking family owned restaurant with a 1970s decor and feel left in a big city. This is your classic all American restaurant from days gone by with a bar and booths. It serves breakfast 24 hours, as well as a variety of dishes. Staff is friendly and the food is not cheap but not expensive either.

I literally was just there. 02/04 11:05 a.m. I walk in and there 2 waitresses and 1 person behind the line. I stand at the waiting area, a good 5, 6 minutes. One waitress is just standing there staring at me the whole time, but never approached. It wasn't until 3 guys walk in behind me that we has a "oh look a customer" attitude and then walks toward them and asks how many to them!! I just walked away. Normally I like Rjs, but this one here just takes the cake. I have to bring race into the mix, but I mist point out I'm the only black person in this whole scene.
