Enjoyed everything from the waitress to the food
The Mansfield road Posados was dirty. Cob webs going down the walls seats were dirty, silverware was dirty, chips tasted like the oil was old, service was slow but understandable with not enough staff. Bathroom was filthy. Very disappointed. I have been going there for years and never had seen such a dirty place where people eat.
Immediately after being seated, I was served chips and dip; nothing to drink. Sat there for 15 Minutes, trying to get someone’s attendance, noticed other patrons who came in after me were being served. Guess they do not serve single women.
They should really just close the place down. If they can't get more people hired there is no point going here. You'll wait 30 min to get your order taken, while watching on lowly server work the entire floor. Will NOT be back until the management figures out how to man a restaurant.
Good food..Only issue.. we was the 1st ppl n the door. 6 tables after us.We received our food . The last ones..And wad told cause they were short handed..By the other waitress. Our waitress didn't bring our food nor . Our drinks. . R any refills. .Praying ppl go to work. So businesses.Dt suffer.. . Waitress who dt wanna work only want a tip and do no work... for it.Which I have her 5.00.For nothing but taking our order.. js.
The chips tasted stale. I was told they changed to a different kind of chips. The flour and corn tortillas were fresh and good. Service was good, especially considering they were short staffed.
The food was good, and the service was not only excellent, but very socially considerate.
Our server was arrogant and that has never been the case. Food was good but server was very unpleasant. We have eaten here for years and years and so disappointed that we were treated rudely. Not sure we will be back
The worst food I've had. Enchilad dinner was on a hot plate but cold in the middle. Which means probably microwaved. The Pork Tamale was rancid..told waitress, and she told the manager. The manager didn't seem to care. Probably an everyday occurrence. Sad because this a beautiful restaurant. I won't be returning for another $45 lunch.
Service and food has went way down hill ... Called in an order and you can't hit opt2 for making a take out order so you have to hit 3 for a manager ok not a problem gave my order told 25 min no problem showed up to pick up 20 min later and NoOne could find my order in the computer wrote down or anything so they ask if I called the other store so I looked at my phone called the number nope called it in at this store so I placed the order again waited another 30 min for the food it looked like they just threw food in the boxes and slung the bags around like a bomb explosion WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE
