Very prejudice against black people. I don’t eat here but I door dash and they are so rude and not helpful it’s a pitiful Shame
Ate here tonight for the first time on the Shreveport side. Our waiter was new but wonderful and the live music by Tim Williams was amazing! Will definitely be back soon.
Took my husband out for lunch for Father’s Day. Our family frequently visits this location and our past few visits have not been great, but we will never be coming back after the experience we had today. We were sat at a booth and were brought our drinks fairly quickly, but after waiting 25 minutes for our food our 2 year old was getting rambunctious so we asked if we could move out to the patio. We asked for chips and tortillas, those never arrived. 15 minutes after being seated on the patio, our food arrived. I am highly allergic to cheese and had made that very clear when placing my order, my food still came to the table covered in cheese. The waitress dropped my plate as she picked it up and it shattered on the ground next to our table, I completely understand that accidents happen, but the broken plate and food was left there for more than half an hour and was swarming with flies. We had to ask the manager to have someone come clean it up. Another 20 minutes went by and I watched from the window as our waitress brought my order back out of the kitchen and proceeded to set it down next to another table in order to take someone else’s order first before bringing it out to me. Once she brought it out to our table, my order was not only still incorrect as it came with absolutely nothing on it this time, but there was also a hair on my food. The waitress watched me pick it off and I told her to just bring me the toppings that were supposed to be on my tacos. At this point we also asked again for chips and tortillas. After another 20 minutes of nothing being brought out, my husband went to the manager. The manager took my order off of the ticket and asked if I wanted my food remade yet again. I told her no. She then brought our check out with a 20% discount, our check was still $30. After the horrendous service we had, having to keep our 2 year old from trying to pick up broken pieces of plate for over half an hour and fighting off the flies that were surrounding our table, asking numerous times for the complementary chips and tortillas and never receiving them, a hair in my food and an incorrect order TWICE, I don’t think we should have had to pay a single dime. Never in my life have I not left a tip, but today was that day. I’ll also add that the restaurant was not busy by any means. There were numerous empty tables and we were the only ones out on the patio.
My son and I had lunch Saturday. I have been to the restaurant for years and had a positive experiences . No longer. The service was horrific. We we’re seated and then it took 30 minutes to get our order taken . We ordered an appetizer which did not arrive prior to the meal . The server brought our meal 35 minutes after ordering and said “the kitchen lost our ticket”. She set the food on our table. The lunch fajitas were cold, the tortilla soup chips were dissolved in the soup. I had to approach a table cleaning person to get soft tortillas. The food was horrible. After 20 years never again!!!!!!!
Food was very good. Service started out great but after waiter saw a larger party of 4 instead of 2 he slacked off. No refills and never brought out more salsa or fresh chips as requested. Instead of a great tip I left only 10%. Do better next time!!
Good Mexican food. Friendly service. Nice decor in building. We got a variety of things and everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Receipt QR pay available. Clean. Big & can get crowded.
The ambiance is awesome and the food was awesome and Jesse our server was cool Azz Heck. Very attentive to me and my family's needs , as well as being very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. He also made some Killa drinks too ‼️
Well I don't really want to say anything too terribly bad considering there was no one in the restaurant but two tables were full that's it. The hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait. I don't see why because there was no one in there. So we said we'd sit at the bar. It's just replied that we could not do that because the bartender was doing takeout and she wouldn't take an orders at this time! Wow I have no idea how they're still in business. We just walked out and went somewhere else.
First time there 3 hours from our house. We go to Shreveport for doctors and decided to stop in. It was great Mexican food had a wonderful waitress and priced very reasonable. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Some of our Church members, about 30, from Gateway got together last night at Posados on Bert kouns and we had a wonderful time: food, service (thank you Jessie!!) atmosphere perfect. I would definitely recommend to others, large or small group.
