The last few times I have been there, they were out of something, the chicken had been setting under warmers for apparently hours, etc. This last time was the same but worse. They mixed the wrong spice level chicken with my order. Shorted me 3 biscuits didn't have the sauce I asked for and they were completely out of napkins. What appeared to be two managers were sitting in the dining area even though the staff appeared short handed. Pretty sad experience.
Telling us to pull up so you guys can trick the timer that reports to your managers on customer wait time. Still waiting in the parking thirty minutes to an hour in the parking spots The service gets worse with every visit. Now they make you wait just to STILL give you the wrong order. I don't recommend this place to those who come here and have jobs to get back to because they're gonna make you wait at LEAST thirty minutes.
The menu behind the counter said 27.99 for a 12 piece meal. When ordered they charged 32.99. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she was new, so I asked her if the manager could help her fix it since she didn't know what to do. The manager would not co out from behind the chicken to talk to me and yelled rudely, "they must have changed it!" And walked away.
It was good, though their were some mixups on whether I was ordering a combo or not and that was a tid bit frustrating
Very slow. Needs older manger cause the young guy you have running it at night let's the young employees play while there is a long line at drive thru. Reason why I'm saying that is because this has happened 3 times this week. So if you would like for your business to bad vibes. Then get rid of the younger staff. In replace them with a much older manger pls
The fries were lukewarm, and they don't taste good that way. Popeyes delivery driver blocked exit, people had to drive the wrong way back out the entrance. Close calls on a couple of drivers. Won't be returning.

No hair meets, gloves, masks or anything to make you feel like they adhere to any type of cleanliness standards. Even the order was wrong.
Stopped here on our way home from Louisiana. We ordered an 8 piece chicken with red beans and rice and 4 biscuits. When we pulled up to the drive thru t hgv e person told us they were out of coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy and the only sides they had were french fries and red beans and rice. That should have sent up a red flag on my part. We did not check the order which we should have before our one hour drive home to Texas. My wife opened the box and there were no breasts in the box. Just three wings, three legs and 2 thighs.(my wife only eats the white meat which would have been the breasts.) When she called the store she asked what the eight piece dinner consisted of the manager told her two breasts, two thighs, two legs and two wings, one large side and four biscuits. Needles to say we were not happy. Please check your order before you leave, dont worry about holding up the line and make sure your order is right.
