Last time I went during a lunch break, the drive-thru was closed. I only get 30 minutes. Didn’t have time to stop.Today, I thought I’d call ahead to see if the drive-thru was open. Calling the local number went straight to the corporate office automated system.
OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO SHREVEPORT POPEYES! This is one of the worse locations. Single order, no wait in drive throughI still had to pull up and wait. 15 minutes later I had to go in to see what was the hold up on my order. Where was it you asked? Sitting on the counter. Because it was sitting in front of a heat lamp the bag was hot. The $23 in food wasted. Cold and the order was wrong. Do not waste your time or money at the location.
One of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes, the drive through was busted up so they won’t even take your order in the drive-thru. The inside is very dirty and had napkins everywhere and the entire soda machine was done and had rags and napkins to keep it from leaking. Every worker wasn’t even wearing gloves nor a hairnet, plus there was all kind of dirt and grime on the floor. Than to top it all of there was a hose on the floor that one of the cooks grabbed of the floor and continued to cook. He also was eating and drink over the food he was frying. We also got a sweet tea since it was the only drink beside water that they had but we got about an inch to an inch and a half of tea grinds in the cup. Do not go here and save your money!
The last 2 times I've been to the Mansfield Road in Shreveport, I waited 45 minutes. That is not a guess. I used my receipt to ensure I knew how long it took.I was told 7 minutes left for the chicken strips, then heard that the fries wasn't ready and then I observed the lady ask the cook if the chicken sandwich was cooking. She went in the back to cook the chicken patties. By the time I got to my car...both the fries and chicken strips were cold.
Hasn’t had any sauce or limited drink options for weeks
Chicken was fine but girl at drive in window gave me wrong change. I called her on it and she acted all mad. Get some people who aren’t stupid and can say hi and give you correct change. She didn’t ring up a receipt till I ask her .wont be back.
This location constantly has issues. They literally gave me a Mac and cheese with a drink lid that didn't fit, it was to small and was stuff into it, it fell out and the Mac and cheese went all over the car. They often don't have any thing but chicken and alot of the time they over cook it to the point it's almost burnt. I would suggest any of the other locations in shreveport over this one at this point.
Well let's start off with walking in the restaurant. We stand there for a few minutes deciding what we want then get told lobby is closed because all the people that run the front are on break. Poor management if you ask me. So we decide no big deal and go threw the drive threw. So we pull up to the speaker and how about that most of the menu is missing. So if you don't know what you want before leaving the house we'll your outta luck. And now we get up to the window and they hand us our meal. We ordered beans and rice and they don't have lids for the container so they just put a drink lid upside down for a lid. Which of course didn't hold anything inside of it. So we get home thinking that was an awful experience. But wait i have more our beans and rice turned out to be just beans. So after paying a ridiculous amount for this meal. They couldn't even do the simplest of task. I Would warn anybody thinking to eat there just to go somewhere else
The person that waited on me was close to the rudest I've ever seen. The chicken tenders she chose to serve me may have been as big around as my pinkie and not much longer. She gave me 1 side & charged me for 2. Since it was drive thru only and it took 45 min. to get up to the ordering speaker the first time ,there was not much way to complain. Went home & tried to call the manager but got no answer. I will not go back to the Popeyes on Mansfield Rd...or probably any other
Horrible First we waited in the drive thru when we got to our turn no one answered us at the microphone so we waited till the window and ordered a 12 piece dark after pulling around and waiting 25 minutes pulled off and realized they gave us mixed not dark didn't order mix ordered dark
