4 employees smoking outside the entrance, cursing and talking about beating down someone. One of the cooks had his apron on outside, smoking like it was all good. This store is the definition of hood. (Pines Rd) N.E.V.E R E.V.E.R again! Horrible!
traveling through Louisiana we stopped here. I purchased an 8 piece chicken tender box with a large family Cole slaw and 4 cups of water... The total cost was a little over $31.00. Yikes. The 8 piece tenders consisted of 2 chicken nuggets (each a little over 1 1/4" across and about 1/2" thick) the balance of the chicken tender parts appeared to be split out of one chicken breast. I am onboard with paying a little more to keep people employed but I am totally against piracy, no matter where it happens...the cups of water were 2.50 each. Very disappointed to say the least
First, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order, and watched 5 people who ordered after me get served before I was. As well, I was charged extra for Mac and Cheese, and was not told there was an extra charge. Nor is there sinage saying it cost exta.(photo of menu)Second, one of the workers had a cigarette in her mouth while she was preparing orders. Completely unacceptable.Lastly, when I asked the manager about the extra charge, she said, "The menu doesn't show it." That is FALSE ADVERTISING.I would not recommend this location to anyone. Overcharged, my order put behind other orders after mine, and possibly tobacco in my order. Just horrible.
First they forgot to give me my Mac and cheese. (1st time I had to go into the restaurant) Then forgot to return my credit card to me. I had to ask for it before I left the drive thru. Then I had return to the restaurant because the food I ordered was not cooked. Shrimps was still frozen. I was very very disappointed.
Soooo, Sss LO o ow long lines, or out of Food mostly. People driving off due to wait time. Pickup on everything like you have the prices. And give ppl their pop's with meals. And more than 10 beans with Rice. Do you no how many bags of beans I can get atEVERYTHING NOW FOR $1.25 STORE . for the price of large beans and rice. 3 large packages beans @ $1.25 each and 3 large packages of Rice. For take out also. Tip if you're reàl hungry its best if you cook it yourself. Don't forget to go by Everything $1.25 NOW STORE first.?

Why is there not an option to give 0 stars? This place is dirty and incompetent. And I know, most popeyes restaurants are dirty, but this one was dirtier than most. We avoid popeyes normally, but our youngest likes it, so we indulge her every now and then. The lady at the window could only get things for you one at a time. We needed blackened Ranch (which we had asked for when giving our order) and a straw (she only gave us 1 for 2 drinks). She gave us 1 Ranch, but no straw. When we asked again we got 3 Straws. And no spoon for our Mashed potatoes so had to turn around and go back and go inside to get that. And apparently we got the very last Ranch because when we asked for more, we're told no
They were out of mild chicken and fries. I ordered 3psc Spicy dark 2 thighs and a leg. Got home and had 3psc White, Breast, wing and drum, mac an cheese I didn't order and warm slaw. I could back and a employee keept playing on the phone. Poor customer service and management.
The cashier acted like I couldn't read the prices. I ordered 2 kids meal and she said you know they are 5.39 each. And I repeated my order.
I went through the drive thru for the flounder sandwich and I got exactly what I wanted exactly like I ordered it. The people were friendly and it didn't take them long to get my order. They didn't fuss or make faces when I asked for several packs of ketchup for my fries. They willingly gave it to me. So I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them. And if I lived close by I would definitely go there all of the time.
