Went through the drive through and was never greeted after ten minutes of sitting there. The menu board was dilapidated and has seen better days. So I went to the door and it was locked. Sat there for a few minutes pulling on a locked door. After knocking and getting someone’s attention they waved me inside because they didn’t realize the door was locked. After unlocking the door they just walked away as though I wasn’t about to walk in. No greeting just a blank stare. I began to order they then informed me they didn’t have any tea made and it’s 11 o’clock. This Popeyes is notorious in town for its bad service.

I have been to this location twice this week & customer service has been horrible(drive thru). The drive through intercom still not working so when I pull around to the window the young lady has a stank attitude.

Tuesday May 24th Night Crew Does Not Know How To Run A Gift Card. Knows how to give attitude. Knows how NOT to make an effort to find out how to run a gift card. Took a Popeye's verified gift card with twenty dollars in it to this location (Drive In Window) and was told it didn't work. Told the employee he might have manually put the numbers on the card in. This was obviously to hard for his mind to comprehend, and just handed the card back to me saying it wouldn't work. The only thing not working was him or his customer service skills. Very disappointed. In his attitude or willingness to check with the manager. If you take a gift card here you better bring cash, because they will not make an effort so you can use it..

I gave 2 star's because I love their chicken, but the last 3 times I went through the drive through, no one answered at all, and it was before 8pm idk what's going on but I hope they fix it ??‍♂️

I want to start by saying I am a restaurant operator in Shreveport and understand the many challenges this market faces. All the negative reviews about this location is true. I have never left a review on a restaurant before but think the company should be aware. I visited this location tonight and after waiting in line for ten minutes I am told to pull up to the window to place my order. They are out of spicy tenders no big deal but then proceed to give me mild without telling me in advance. How do I know all this, they are discussing this in front of me with the window open. Sanitation procedures are in question here. The lack of professionalism at this location is astounding and appalling. I don’t believe the general manager or the market manager have a clue to what they are doing. I became so violently sick after eating this food I had to leave this review. Fire fire fire and rehire. Do not settle for sub par employees who obviously do not care about your customers your brand or your reputation. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I am making this review from the toilet!!!!!!

First off, I’m leaving one star because you have to at least leave one. Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced, they are rude and rush you while you order. So you better know exactly what you want when you pull up to order because they won’t give you more than a second to order. They are always out of something. Every single time I’ve gotten food here it’s messed up or things are left out of the bag. Don’t even bother ordering a sauce because you won’t get it. A smile and kindness go along way.

Visiting from Dallas, TX. The dining room and bathrooms were clean and it wasn't very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Our order wasn't accurate, but the chicken was good and hot. The food hit the spot before we got on the road.

How do you run out of ice on the regular?! Do you have running water?Don't bother ordering ahead! They will still make you stand in line and wait while they serve everyone who walked in or drive thru after your order was already placed. Then, and only then, they will find your ticket in the pile that they've been ignoring, and they will tell you they're out of half what your ordered.

I'm Not Sure it is possible to move 3 Cars through the Drive thru SLOWER !!! Felt like 15min per Vehicle!! No apologies!! No excuses or Maybe Can We offer you a Free Side or Biscuit for having to Wait So long in Our Short Line !!! Wont be seeing me there Again and I Love Popeye s very much

Doesn’t deserve one star at all, opened the window to take my money, place smelled like a spoiled milk dumpster, ordered a chicken sandwich, only got the chicken no bread, ordered mac&cheese with a biscuit, got mac&grease w no biscuit. Place literally needs to be inspected and shut down. 100% would not recommend to anyone, not even a raccoon. ??management must be sh*t
