******look the chicken is amazing******I felt as though I needed to add this disclaimer above ^ because I am in a toxic relationship with Popeyes. Here is the deal... I have a hard time shaking them from time to time.- Order is always wrong... I literally stay at the window now every single time (the only place I do this... Period).- Staff are rude... Short and never seem to be in a hurry.- Always missing items EVERY SINGLE time...Southern Classic on 70th is the absolute best (outside the line when ordering) but every time I forget the above I slip and give Popeyes my time I regret it and wish I would have just got in the line.

Didn't really have anything the day that I visited. No chicken sandwich, nuggets or sauce. My beans and rice were put in upside down and spilled out. 2 stars for the effort.
They didn't have a certain menu item I wanted, which I understand being that I work at IHOP as a cook. ??♂️ The food was good and filling.
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever experienced. The worst service you can imagine. The chicken was not cooked at all and they gave me the wrong drink to top it all off with.
Mane I was in this bihh like a hour str8 first in the drive thru they got a mf sticky note up talking about headset broke come to window mind you it's like ten pulled up front waiting for already placed orders twenty still waiting to order SO I go inside to FIND out all they got is SPiCY. Some youngster was the cashier he was polite enough till he gave the chicken for MY order to his homeboy standing in line behind me in turn making me have to wait an additional 15 minutes
The customer service is very unprofessional and poor. Went to this location in the drive thru and was told; be with you shortly. While waiting I could here the associate on the phone having a complete conversation. The employee than advise the computers were down and no orders were being taken. I have only been here in this city for a few months and I'm appalled with some of the customer services I have been receiving. Unbelievable. There needs to be some serious customer service revisions made. I don't understand how this type of behavior is tolerated.
Their headsets are broke they said they didn't have any sides and their staff including management are rude and they always get my order wrong. I will not be back which sucks because I love Popeyes
The line finally wasn't around the building one night and I was hungry. I figured I would see if all the hype around the chicken sandwich was warranted. I don't know of a single person who would chose popeye's fried chicken or sides over Southern Classic, so obviously the continued business must be the sandwich. I was not disappointed! As a meal, it was cheaper than virtually any local fast food joint and the sandwich itself was actually legit, not overwhelming I'm waiting in an hour long line good, but certainly good enough that I will return for another anytime I'm in the area and there aren't 60 cars already waiting!
The workers not very polite at all, my shrimp basket was good but the nuggets I got looked green and I took a tiny bite of one ? definitely gone bad but they didn't give me a receipt so I just tossed them in the trash! A waste, but NOT trying to get food poisoning. Could definitely improve on customer service ( which realistically, we know that won't happen) make sure the chicken isn't bad before serving and give a frickin' receipt!!! I'll probably stick to the Mansfield road location from now on...
