I was VERY disappointed. After I got home, realized they did not include my full order in my bag or box, especially after they charged me extra for the food they didn't put in the bag. What a rip off. This is the second time this has happened. I promise you there will not be a third time. I will not return to this restaurant any time, if ever.

The older gentleman working was so sweet! There system was down and he was trying his best to let everyone know and work through the problem. Our order was 100% correct down to the sauces.

The sauce must have came str8 our if the chili can itself and I was not pleased with the mayo sandwich I recieved

Great food with options for the whole family. Really enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich. The biscuits are hot and tasty, enjoyed our mac and cheese, red beans, and coleslaw. Restrooms were clean AND both the men's and women's have changing tables, which is a big deal for me with a bunch of kiddos!

We were slow to the chicken sandwich wars so this was my first time trying Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. I love Chick-fil-A and my Popeye's sandwich was comparable. The restaurant was clean. I ordered pick up on grub hub on the way home from a road trip and received excellent service.

Terrible, I left without ordering. Waited in line over 8 minutes-second vehicle at drive thru to place an order.

sat in drive through 20 mins. they never took my order. I finally drove off and won't go there again.

When we stopped by they were having several problems, they had a water leak which caused them to have no soda, after we got our order and sat down they closed the dining room due to not enough employees to run both, and then on top of that, they could only take cash because their credit card system was down.I'm not sure if we will give them another chance or not, there's a Chick-fil-A just down the road.

Why do you guys keep moving these managers around if they were not good at one store why let them move to mess up another store. The guy running this location was once at airline drive and he acts as if he is on drugs. Always laid back on the phone or outside. I call no one answers the store phone.I get the power of delegation but man when your chicken has been under the light for longer than it should or you don’t have workers I expect to see the managers working. I bounce from Popeyes to Popeyes because I love the food but if there is no structural changes I will move my business elsewhere.

I found out why this store is being ran into the ground. It’s being ran by drug dealers. The customer service is awful and they never have any product. I called the store to get my issue resolved and no one answeredOn December 2, agents with the Caddo Sheriff's Narcotics Unit conducted an investigation into the possibility of drug sales at 3427 Stonewall Street. A search warrant was obtained for the residence where a 16-year-old juvenile was found to be in possession of a stolen handgun with an extended magazine. In addition, approximately 71 grams of methamphetamine, 530 grams of marijuana, and multiple digital scales were found on the property.Tracy Carter, 49, and Nicholas Gilbert, 43, were both arrested and booked for possession of schedule II with intent to distribute and possession of schedule I with intent to distribute.
