Just want to give a big shout out to the ladies and gentleman at the Mansfield Road location. They ALL were so friendly and helpful. Even the one who was not involved in my service asked me to have a great day. Theses things mean a lot in our world today and I really appreciated it. THANK YOU!! One of the worse quality meats in bbq that I’ve been to in awhile. I had the 2 meat plate The brisket was really dry with no flavor and the chicken was too but I tolerated the chicken. I’m glad I picked up on sides baked beans corn on the cob and Mac n cheese were ok. I had a large sweet tea it was so sour you could smell it. I will not return. I’ld rather go thru drive thru McDonald’s. Sorry guys.
First time here in a long time. Three in our party. We all ordered the baked potato. Mine with chopped beef the other two had chopped turkey So yummy! . . . Our only complaint is that a BBQ place that smokes their own meat and they give is imitation bacon bits?! That is why they get 4 stars. . . . The employees were all very nice and polite. The food is terrific and the folks were very friendly and welcoming. The ambience is rustic and well suited for a BBQ restaurant. Special mention for the BBQ smoked meat and beans... DELICIOUS !!!
Podnuh's isn't what it used to be. Very disappointed in the service. At 4 pm they had very few people there. They were very slow to acknowledge a customer at the drive-thru (me). I gave the lady my order. She was obviously talking to somebody else and laughing, so she didn't get my order. Then told me she wasn't illiterate when I repeated it clearly and distinctly. Well you obviously wasn't ready the first time you asked me. Needless to say I drove off. There seems to be a pattern of staggered quality when it comes to customer service here. The person who owns this may not be concerned with it. The food quality has dropped off as well as customer service. It's hit and miss just like everything else here. Hey, I get you don't like your job. Maybe you should try something else, like working at the DMV. I will not go to the one on Benton Rd anymore because of the same thing. The only good Podnuh's left is in Shreve City. I wish someone would open a decent BBQ place up in this end of town. You have to go further into Shreveport to Real BBQ and More, or go to Stonewall to get anything of quality.

I was OK with buying the average tasting Six in a Sack from Podnuh’s because it was budget friendly. Since they’ve now increased their prices, a pound of turkey and two sides is now $28.23 - NOT WORTH IT!!
People should think twice before going to this Podnuh location, my whole order was extremely burnt and the beans seem like they've been sitting for several days and the over cook taste proves that. The employees were arguing in front of customers the guy taking the order was very rude and you had to repeat your order several times to get him to do it right. All of the employees were extremely rude stay away from here if you can.
Excellent customer service and food! Friendly atmosphere, definitely would return again. ?
