Food was good service was quick. They no longer have red pepper or parmesan at the table. They also no longer have either in packets for free. They are happy to charge you a $1 for each though.
We love their pizzas, cheese bread sticks, etc. My complaint is the prices are ridiculous if you want more than one topping pizzas
Would give it a zero if possible. Ordered a pizza and never got it, despite getting a text that it’s out for delivery. I stay about 2 minutes from Pizza Hut but didn’t want to get out with my young kids. We now have no dinner and the place is now closed. Best believe they will be giving me my money and tip back tomorrow and if I ever in my life order from here again, they get no tip. Sorry to the decent workers because the bad ones ruin it for them. Also, seeing all the “one stars” and similar stories from this specific location, I’m disappointed but not surprised.

The service was very fast friendly and professional I appreciate the ladies here at this Pizza Hut they are very nice .
I placed an online carry-out order, paid, and received confirmation that it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I drove up to the window and I was told that my order wasn’t made, but it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, and drove up to the window again. This time, I was told AGAIN, that my order didn’t get made, and would be ready in 15 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid for the order, I would have left instead of wasting an entire hour.
This is the 2nd time in a row they have either given me the wrong pizza, or forgot to make it, and me having to wait another 15-20 mins while they remake it. They act like they could care less too.
I ordered a delivery Thursday night at 10:08pm. I called back at 11:08pm. Was told it was on the way. An hour later. It's is 11:55 at the moment. No call. No pizza. Nothing. This a horrible way of business. This store gets a zero.
Complete and utterly disgrace. We ordered, and paid for our food. The window attendant asked us too pull up, and she'd bring it put. We were there until 11:25, and when we looked up, the whole crew had done closed the store, and left. Never again!!!!!
This pizza hut never ceases to disappoint me. I remember how excited I was that we were getting a pizza hut in our area. Out of the many times that I chose to KEEP giving them a chance to get it right, only one time was the pizza up to par. It went down hill after that. THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT! I don't know how they're still in business. I'm don't with y'all! (The one on Bert Kouns). Tonight, my pizza didn't even look done.
