Order was placed online incorrectly, so I called in to clear up the issue and while doing so I continue to get put on hold. It has been a total of 20 minutes holding and when I call back in someone answers the phone and when I begin to try and clear up the issue they put me back on hold and never come back to the phone. Great customer service. Pizza is okay. A little dry. More businesses should observe this locations in person customer service .
I would literally give this place 0 stars if it was an option , why because when you order online the app isn’t accurate . Stated my pizza(s) would be ready in 50mins , arrive to the window had to pull around and wait additional 20 - 30 mins for my order . Tried giving this Pizza Joint the benefit of the doubt but at this point they need to replace this place with ChickFilA or Starbucks .
Went super bowl evening ...you could tell they were slammed. The manager was very energetic trying to keep everything going. Food wise. It's pizza hut cheap pizza but at this point no one should be surprised

You Have the co-workers Making Pizza with no Gloves On also whipping their Hands On their Clothes After Just making A Customers Pizza and Not Even Wearing A Mask while They over Other peoples Food “Then they Ended up Giving a customer A empty Pizza Box ??♀️??♀️ “ They need better management!!
Place a online order and it was accepted. I arrived and the staff greeted me. We are out of cheese, but nobody call the number on the order to say we out of the main ingredient. We was trying to clean up to leave. Maybe next time.
I ordered a pizza and called after 2hrs of waiting. I asked to be transferred to the store that I placed my order at and the call center kept transferring me and back/forths amongst each other. I never was able to speak to someone about my order. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
Please train staff to remember if you ask a customer to pull around that their order is not ready to go check and see why there is a car idling in the parking lot. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30 for carryout. I arrived at 6:30 to pick up my order. Not only was it not ready but I was told to pull around to the side and they would bring it out to me. I waited for 30 minutes and had to go in to check on my order. It had been ready for at least 15 minutes but they forgot I was out there.
Made our order exactly as requested. It was ready on time and it was delicious. Love using the app to place orders for carry out! Super easy.
The pizza was made accurately, and the drive thru pickup experience was great! I asked a couple of questions and the cashier didn’t seem annoyed ! Definitely will be my new pizza spot
