Love the product so probably average 1 pizza a month. Sometimes more than that. However, I’m very disappointed to find the employees had closed the location early. Upon arriving during business hours the doors where locked and they where busy cleaning everything up.
Employee ordered more pizza and charged me more than I ordered. There was some difficulty in refunding my card. The pizzas are still outstanding.

Customer service is usually great and the pizza itself is wonderful. I'm just confused because I've tried to order online twice and it says they close at 6. I went to the store and they told me they don't do orders if it's not online. I have questions.

Just left this location and was refused service because I was a walk-in. Never had that happen before since the store opened. The reason for no service was too much to do. REALly?
They have the nicest ladies working here and make a really great pizza,please bring back a Bossier city store..
Zero star is what I want to give. May be my fault is not understand how they sell the pizza. I expect to eat right away after picking it up. Misrepresented pictures in their menu. Here I attached what I get.
This was the first time I had ever been to Papa Murphy's, but I was impressed with what they are doing. You tell them what kind of pizza you want, and they put the toppings on for you, and then give you the pizza to go home and bake it!!!! The pizza and breadsticks are wonderfull, and I will definitly be going back in the near future!
