I brought my fiance here for a quick lunch. The service was awful and the environment was less than presentable. However I figured the food would save the day. I was very much mistaken. The bread I received with my order must have been sun dried and placed in a freezer. By no means could I bite through it. I ordered the chicken bowl and the price to portion ratio is insane. I wouldn't feed that to my child. Will be my first and last.
Very disappointed. I paid $12 for 2 small ups of Mac n cheese. I opened the bag when I got home to find 2 stale chunks of bread and 2 cups of Mac and cheese. 1 of the cups was only half full the other was less than 3/4 full. I understand inflation but this is unacceptable. The Mac and cheese I did have was really good but still the portion to the price is completely unacceptable.
They need to replace their serve serve kiosks. Always gives me a hard time when it comes to make a payment. I've used different cards and still always puts up fight They always ask me how was my service and I always say terrible kiosk payment system. Nothing is done. GET BETTER KIOSK PAYMENT SYSTEM!!!! NOT JUST YOUR STORE BUT EVERY STORE!!!!!
Food was pretty good. Called in my order over the phone. Had to pay before I got there no big deal. They forgot my bread bowl had to come back . The manager was very nice and gave me something sweet for the inconvenience. I would eat there again
I ordered the onion soup and a spicy chicken sandwich. I tried to call the store back but no one would answer. Store#606234. The soup lack the cheese and the sandwich smelled. I started feel nauseated after a few bites.
I ordered the Chicken Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with extra dressing and a soft roll. I was very disappointed. I had to ask for the extra dressing and the soft roll. I had 3 little slivers of chicken. I never take my food back because I’m afraid of the retaliation. Gonna rethink returning to this location.
1st visit and want to recognize Michelle for helping me know what to do (where to pick up food when the thing goes off, the tea is unsweetened but sugar sits next to it should I want sugar). It was a fantastic visit thanks to her friendliness.
Great food always fresh and hot. Great customer service. I often visit here. Love it.
Ordered Family Feast with Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup - and I was given Broccoli Cheddar instead and 2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melts with special instructions to have no tomato, cheese, or avocado. Both sandwiches had tomato, cheese, and avocado and neither had chipotle sauce. Staff was nice and friendly however but severely disappointed in quality and correctness. App could do with an option to customize sandwiches in the family feast.Customer Care Service gave me a $5 coupon and a free entree for my 'troubles'. LOL.
