Food is amazing we drive 8 hours 1 way to eat here best food around. Recommend to everyone hands down best oysters ?
I've always had a good experience here. the service is typically pretty good, but the food (especially the queso and oysters) are always on point. Tonight the queso was clearly scorched. Our server immediately took it away and brought more from another batch, it was also scorched. I was getting pretty bummed because we live over an hour away and I always look forward to eating here. He brought yet another bowl and thank goodness, it was the usual deliciousness I came to know and love! He never made me feel like I was putting him out or being overly "gripey". He understood the first two batches were not their usual quality, and was happy to make it right. I love this place! Oh and the margaritas are perfection! Be careful having more than two! ha!

Been coming here for years, sometimes twice a week never had a problem. Service has always been great. Came this time, and ordered the bigger burger which they did not have the patty for it. So I asked about the mesquite, and ask it could be put on the French bread. He suggested, putting another patty on there and I agreed to paying the extra for the patty. They did not tell me one time, that I would be charged for two burger meals for just an extra patty. When I asked, they said they had to do that and there was nothing that could be done about it. I got mad like anybody would, who the hell pays 14 dollars for a PATTY!!!! So I decided to talk to the manager and he told me that don’t have an ala cart button to just add a patty.
My cousin and I chose this place to have a good drink with a good atmosphere; those are the two things everyone mentioned when asked about OBG. Well the drink was really good.The people that was sitting behind us were extremely loud. They were cursing and there's a sign big as day basically saying their behavior wasn't tolerated. It was very irritating. I would give it another try just to see how the food is. I didn't eat my food because I was over the other party and I was ready to go.
These people are horrible about staging canned seafood as the real deal. I won't be back as I can get better at Wal Mart
Had lunch today at oyster bar. Ordered seafood gumbo.very poor dish. Was cup of rice and roux! On menu says crawfish,shrimp,oyster! No oyster a very few shrimp as small as 1/4 inch and hard tofind any. Just a bowl of rice an roux! Service is always verygood,hamburgers great,oyher dishes always good,but gumbo,nope thumbs down. Shld not serve gumbo if this is the norm

Ate on patio, they were busy, but service was great. Our waitress was busy but still took care of us. Very good atmosphere. Menu was quite large with lots of variety. I am not an oyster eater so I have stayed away from this place. But, I have obviously been missing out. Value was good! I had the Better Burger. Wife had puffy taco salad. Daughter chicken fingers. All was good!
