Whenever I visit, Outback Steakhouse never fails to make me pleased! My server, Xavier, was such a sweetheart and the food was excellent! Thank you for creating such a kind and welcoming atmosphere. I'll most certainly be going back again.

Amazing food! The entire dining experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Renkia, our waitress, is always so welcoming and funny. There is no way the cuisine could be any better, and the pricing are reasonable given the quantity of the portions. Always an excellent place to get fantastic food every time.
Went to Outback today for a friend's Birthday! Salad was awesome. Steak haven't had yet but the broccoli was so darn good. Falling apart good. Spread liquid butter over it y'all and wow.

I just ordered the Victoria’s Filet Mignon from the doordash app. When getting my order it did not meet my expectations (see photo for reference) after waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes I finally spoke to Madison (current evening time manager). She relayed to me that the steak’s go onto the grill at 6oz however lose ounces as it cooks. To my understanding steaks do not lose over 2oz after being cooked. After challenging her explanation she referred me back to doordash because she could “not doing anything about it.” I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and the customer service that was provided to me. I basically was told SOL since I ordered through a third party application. This is extremely frustrating as a consumer of Outback Steakhouse and to utilize the excuse of “we can’t do anything about it” is outrageous. Outback steakhouse is this is a direct reflection of how you value and treat your customers?
Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant in Shreveport. The service is unmatched. Heather was absolutely amazing and you can tell that the staff truly cares about your experience. The food is soo good. Everything came out hot and my steak was cooked to perfect. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Shreveport. Highly recommend!
Amaazing food! I have been here three times under one month: The whole experience from start to finish is great. Heather is always so friendly and kind and always makes the visit worth recommending others to come experience her positive attitude along with the delicious food. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.
