Arrived and was seated in the bar area promptly. Our server immediately took our drink order and asked about any questions on the menu. Drinks were served and orders were placed. The server brought out bread sticks and salad. The appetizer cheese sticks were plentiful and fresh. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was a real treat and very flavorfully delicious. Over all we were very pleased with the server and the meal.
My sons love the kids chicken fingers, spaghetti, and broccoli! We can't drive past the restaurant sign without my oldest pointing and saying "Noodles please!" The entire staff is always so friendly and very accommodating. We always look forward to dining here!
As always Olive garden never disappoints. Every staff member greeted and welcomed me cheerfully. My server was glad I was there and very helpful. This location in Shreveport is highly recommended.
We had the best time. No wait time to be seated. I think our waiters name was Riley. He was so attentive and very informative. After we ordered he made sure we saw that we may order a 6 dollar entre from the specified list. He checked on us enough that we felt special but not so much so as to be bothersome. The food was delicious and on point. And I must say the entres that we brought home. They gave us the directions on heating and I swear they were as good as the ones we ate in the restaurant. We will be back to this location again soon. ( Also side note the Calimari was delicious. It was not rubbery as we have found in other businesses)
From the moment we entered the door until the time we left, everyone made the experience exceptional. And the food and drinks from the bar, were the best I've had at any Olive Garden. We will return.
Poor dining experience. Git here about 4:30pm and finally leaving at 6:03pm. Never did get the chicken Alfredo we ordered. We have two small children (2 and 6 months) so as any of you parents know it is nearly impossible to keep two small kids calm and settled for 1.5 hours. We actually drove two hours for a nice dinner at Olive Garden just to leave frustrated and aggravated for a two drive home. No Alfredo on a Saturday night? Someone really dropped the ball and we will not be returning. Four hours of driving, on top of poor dining experience... not happening again.
The food was not exceptional,but it was good...I'm actually more impressed with the Customer Service... Like seriously the whole Lil wait staff were young ladies..Kids under me, but were super courteous, helpful and cheerful...Way to go Team. Please keep up the good work‼️ That alone will be my reasoning for coming back ❤️ Hats Off To You ‼️‼️
Party of 3: We waited approximately 10 minutes for the waitress to come back with our drinks after taking our food order with our drink order. We received salad at the same time as our food, not before. Our waitress ask if I would like cheese for pasta and stated she would be right back with cheeses and breadsticks. We waited 17 minutes for waitress to come back before requesting to speak to the manager. The manager was nice, but at this point the experience was already ruined. My sister had ordered the endless soup, salad and breadsticks and still no breadsticks. Disappointed in the service, I ask for a to-go box for my cold pasta. We explained that our waitress had not been providing great service at all. No breadsticks, no cheese and no drink refills. When our waitress brought my to-go box she ask if there was anything else. I reminded her again that we still have not gotten any breadsticks. We finally received breadsticks in a to-go bag as we were leaving. I could understand if it were a busy night, but our waitress only had two tables and was not taking care of either table.Side Note: we left Olive Garden and went to El Jimador Supremo and had an amazing waiter/experience.
The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the food was good but the customer service wasn't just being honest
The service was great. The waiter was polite and prompt. -1 star because the chicken fettuccine Alfredo didn't have any flavor. I ended up taking the majority of it home and throwing some Tony's and salt on it.
