The food is great, but ordering online is pointless. I ordered one burrito 20 min before arriving at the store and still waited at least another 20 for it to be made. Don’t know if this is a process problem or a staffing problem and don’t really care, to me it’s just a problem.
Loved the quesadilla I had. So big I couldn’t eat even half of it.
Went there 3 workers by the fountain drinks 1 working and had to wait 15 minutes and still didn’t get waited on so left need better management

Me and my family have been going here for over a decade now and it has always been great food and a great atmosphere. However, lately the food and service has be at a laughable state in comparison to how it used to be. Don’t waste your money just go across the street to chipotle.
Just had catering with Moe's fajita bar and everything was excellent. They supply you with everything you need and the food was delicioso. All we needed was a table and an appetite! Thanks!!!
Moe's is always a winner in my book. Fast service and great food.
Loved the concept and the employees were very nice. Sadly the food was just ok with the exception of the guacamole, which was too salty to eat. They gave us plenty of chips though!
It was alright. The cheese sauce is fire, but didn't it used to be included? I think it did, and that was it's advantage over Chipotle. Gotta say... Chipotle wins now.
