I strongly dislike McDonalds these days. The drive thru line was as long as idk what and moved what seemed like one car about every 8 to 10 minutes. Customer service is minimal and when you say something they tend not to acknowledge that your request was heard....very rude.... I choose to no longer spend my money at any McDonald's. For the money you spend there you could find a much better, wholesome meal somewhere else that's much better for your overall health and diet.
Did a mobile order, wasn't greeted or acknowledge when I walked in like they do at Burger King! One of the lady had an attitude with a male worker, yelling at him that she didn't need his help. I still wasn't acknowledge, then when a mobile order came up it was mine, I saw her putting salt on the fries, I told her salt wasn't supposed to added to the fries, she got an attitude.
Absolute nicest McDonald’s I have ever been to. It was so clean and the staff were willing to get us what we needed. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks to all of you guys who put a little extra effort in to make sure customers were taken care of
Will never order from this McDonald's ever again. ? This is what they call a caramel frappe....to make matter worst I received a receipt that wasn't my order.
The person taking orders lacked manners. When we got to the window to pay we were ignored completely. The sausage, egg, cheese biscuit had no egg on it. Coffee and manager only good things here.
I ordered through the app and waited almost 45 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers and a happy meal. I asked the person who brought out my order why the wait was so long. She lied and said that my order wasn't up and it was alot of people in the restaurant. I had been sitting there watching all of the cars go through the driv thru. Also there wasn't anyone in the lobby. Do better....Just to better.....
Awful service. Took far too long and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Messed order up tremendously, and when asked to correct, acted utterly rude and did not correct it. Stay clear if you want your food right or in a hurry.
As ALWAYS, ordered a Shamrock Shake but could NOT get it as the machine was down . . . Seriously!?!? That machine is ALWAYS down - employees just refuse to clean them each night!!! Why on earth do you advertise a “limited time” shake but can’t prepare it for customers !?!?! Chick-Fil-A has great shakes !!’
Finally opened up the, dining room drive-thru r too long need to work on that? Staff sometimes has attitude problem ?; depends on what part of day u go/ what day of week u go. Out of drinks u want alot no ice cream, etcBurnt the meat style buns etc. Thanks have a blessed day ??
I was with my tree crew from Alabama passing through Shreveport. We had been working a winter storm and were headed home. My crew of 16 men needed a quick breakfast before we hit the road. Initially, the dine in area was closed and only the drive thru was open. An employee came to the door and unlocked it and confirmed to us that their dining room was indeed closed. With several large trucks and equipment the drive thru wasn't feasible for us. The manager decided to open up and let us in so we could order and eat. Before we knew it we were cutting up with the staff and having a good time while waiting on our biscuits. We really appreciated them opening for us and they thanked us for what we do. Small acts of kindness go a long way. We won't soon forget and are thankful. The staff was great and the food was fresh. 5 stars all day long for this franchise!
