Service was a little slow but food was hot and fresh
Ok need more happy ppls to get off their C19 Vacation. And be c19 warriors. Maybe next time I'll catch a smiling face or building ?
Food was ok service was not. Disregarded half my order had to get up 6 times to complete the food. Employee was very innate rive and had to ask multiple times for one simple task. Will not be returning any time soon.
Very poor customer service and food quality. They were SUPER slow; 3 servers were goofing off at the drive thru window. Avoid this restaurant!

Easy access to freeway but the coffee was lukewarm. Very nice folks.
This is my favorite location in the Shreveport area.. just always nice and accurate.
Their fries was good but the only issue about this location where this McDonald's is they don't put enough condiments on it it literally is like a dry burger or an overly mayonnaise chicken sandwich
I waited in the drive through line for a very long time. And once I got to the window, I had to wait even longer. Person at the window gave me someone else's credit card; thinking it was mine. I told him I hadn't paid yet and ended up waiting further. I , finally, got my order and thought everything was there. But, when I got home realized one item was missing.
At 5:20 AM I pulled through the drive-through and nobody would answer later on sign with breakfast was on but nobody would answer the speaker I made multiple trips around it and back through the drive-through saw the employees just sitting there but they would not come to the drive through window or answer on the speaker. I spent 20 minutes trying to get somebody to take my order the whole time they were just sitting down playing on their phone in the lobby.
