Ordered my food threw the drive threw. Was told to pull up and wait sat there 15 mins as everyone else got the meals and drove off. Had to go inside remind them about my order and got stuck to the side and waited another 10 mins as i see people getting the same meal i ordered and left. So then i had to say something agian finally got my food with hear you go and thats it no sorry no manager trying to take care of me. Smh sad to see people just not wanting to make things right or do there job. ?
The night shift crew is so nice and sweet every time I go here!! I love them!
Staff was friendly and generally fast with service. Food was what you come to expect from McDonald's.
Went to the location on shreveport-barksdale tonight. Waited 36 minutes outside for the order. Never received it. Went inside and the employees just ignored me. Never received the order and had to leave. Abysmal service and I'll never go back! If they have a labor shortage, they should just close.
Clean: newest technology to place your order, but no one to teach it to you..follow the directions on the digital screen.Or, you can order the old way.Best fries! Wrong choice of sandwich for combo. Bun burned and chicken dry.So glad to be inside the restaurant.

I always go to McDonald's for breakfast every day and this is my first time going to this location. The worker was polite. The biscuits were soft and not hard like the other locations. Everything was fresh and I ate it all. Coffee was good and hot. Also my order was correct. Wish the other locations were the same.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the worse McDonald’s here. They are so slow and rude. I had to wait 30 mins for sausage biscuits and hash browns. Absolutely ridiculous how they treat there customers & the employees just stand around doing nothing
Absolute best service and food I ever had at a McDonalds. The crew working right now deserves raises. Earned my business. Definitely will return.
This Mcdonalds is a good job they take their duties very serious. Especially wiping down tables when the store is full of customers.
