If I could leave no stars I would. This is by far the worse fast food ever. Every single time you come here, they pull you up and take forever for your food. Then they give everyone the wrong food. Then the manager has a nasty attitude, because they have all the orders wrong. They guy that’s pulled next to us, is also upset. Two people have came to our car with the wrong food! I will call cooperate! Horrible and ratchet!
They DO NOT get in any hurry what so ever for anybody, I HAVE NO CLUE what they are doing in the resteraunt, but working IS NOT IT!! the ONLY WAY to get them to talk to you is to drive up to the window and Honk!!! I have never seen a McDonald like this. IM TALKING ABOUT THE ONE ON NORTH MARKET, JUST WOW is all I can say.
My husband went in this evening to get us a couple of meals. Only one other customer in there he went to the counter and no one acknowledged him. So we went to the drive thru to see if we could get service and yes I for a 4 for 4 the chicken nuggets was hard like they been under heat lamp ALL day. I also order a sweet tea no ice I got ice then they gave me unsweetened tea.
Did a mobile order for 2 Caramel Fappe with extra caramel drizzle and this what I got even after waiting 15 minutes and making a phone inside the store to let the know I was outside waiting for my order, just to be told they was short handed and I had to wait. While waiting for my order 4 cars pulled on the side of after I placed my order and they all received their food before I got my drinks when they could have walked the drinks out with the other cars food. But you can tell that my drink where made and set to the side for awhile.
Slow to take order at speaker. Non engaging employees. Just going through the motions. No eye contact. Fries were great, sweet tea perfection (not too sweet, not not sweet enough) quarter pounder was not made correctly. This place could be great again if people cared about doing their job.
As a former o/n employee I can explain the slowness and price change.Usually overnights are understaffed and when they pull the register to count it mid shift around midnightish we have to do it by hand and figure out the price with tax so I'm sure every night it's different depending on how well the employee is with math...When it is understaffed overnight it is very hard to do the switch between dinner and breakfast especially when they had the huge overnight menu but I'm not defending idiocy I'm just trying to get people to understand especially midnight shift.
This location should be shut done, it makes me not ever want to go to any McDonald's again. What is the point of having a mobile app if they don't know what you're talking about half the time? This is the third time I've been told we don't have your order. I even showed dude my phone, the proof is right here. Always after 10 o'clock, the service is just garbage. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR GET RID OF THEM!!!
Honestly I wish I could rate it 0/5 stars. It’s supposed to be a 24-hour location but it always seems like they are closed as soon as the sun sets every single day of the week. This is the closest location to my neighborhood but for weekends and late nights I ALWAYS end up driving across town since the service is nonexistent after 6 p.m. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.
Unusually long waits every time I order here. But I’ve eventually gotten my food. This time, I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes with 3 other cars. No one said anything. I drove up to both windows. No one is there when it’s supposedly open 24 hours. Employees were sitting in the lobby, doors locked, sipping on their drinks.
Around noonish I ordered two Happy meals and one chicken sandwich meal was not eatable the chicken sandwich was dry out and burnt had two pickles on the sandwich and two dry buns. The Happy meals were the same way too will not ever be going to that McDonald's at that location again. I stopped eating at McDonald's maybe 10 years ago the food was lousy and finally try one time after 10 years and it was even worse that location is on North market and Hearne right down the corner in front of Wendy's
