TerribleGot here 11:11 am and it's 11:27,just got my meal and it was wrong. The lady ahead of me had been waiting 30 minutes for her meal.The gentleman after me, his order was Completely wrong.This place is dirty and unkept.And out of ice.Management here doesn't exist!
No absolutely not the best location. I always order an iced coffee with chocolate syrup and never get it right.. one time I received mainly milk, ewwww . Anyways the food is so slow they take one order and when it is paid for and almost done they finally take another..Update on 5/19... 20 minute wait for 2 drinks in curbside and nothing.. now sitting in the drive thru hoping maybe I can get my drinks or money... 2 crew members had a cig ... 2 cars came gotten food on curbside and several cars in the drive thru ...
Ordered my meal through the app was was forced to wait 40 minutes. Went inside and requested my order in person and there it was. Sitting on the counter. “Oh you were at #1? Well I was just about to bring it to you… at least it’s fresh”Except it wasn’t. Everything was cold, the buns were stale, and even the ice in the drinks were melted, the colas were diluted and flat.Complete waste of time and money
Took about 15 or 20 minutes to place our order and then get our food. Staff was polite. Just took forever
Horrible service!! Slow, lobby is always closed, food quality isn’t the best & lastly this location definitely is one of the worse McDonald’s ever!
I don't know what it is but seem like when you go through the drive-thru at all the fast food places they don't want to give you no nothing I don't know what's going on with that but you'll be meeting me nothing specially if it by chicken or your by sandwiches or something like that you need a napkin to wipe your mouth I mean you know shirtsleeves all right cuz the winter but what you going to do in the winter I ain't get gone you ain't got no shirt sleeve so I guess you have to wipe them out already and that make it nasty so please give us some napkins please thank you I think it will think a lot of people be happy about that
Took a bit longer to receive my order but with an insanely short staff it was received surprisingly quick.
They are slow like offensively slow over 15 minutes just to get to the order spot to wait another 10 mins to order this mcdonalds needs new employees or more possable new management would not recommend if you are on a time limit food needs improvement half heated hamburgers is going to make someone sick
Drive through, customer service was mediocre, got drink and 2 double cheese burgers. The burgers appeared to just be thrown in bag with wrappers, ketchup all over everything. If I wasn't in a hurry, I taken them back. $15 hr. yeah right!
Mobile order was inexpensive is an expensive fed myself and my children for less than $10 was able to pull up and park and my food was immediately brought out
