The cheddar broccoli soup was good but the coloring was a little strange being somewhat dark. The green goddess cob salad was a huge disappointment! First of all, no avocados and hardly any bacon or egg!!! Some of the greens were wilted while some were nasty and add slimy. I had to throw away quite a bit. If you would not eat it yourself, you shouldn't serve it. I wish I'd have taken a picture. The order was delivered early through Door Dash.
After calling about an order for 10+ people that was not delivered, I was extremely frustrated and found it was on the wrong day and payment was not showing in their system. I was quickly routed to their GM, J'Vario Mosley, who displayed such a respected quality of customer service. He remained calm and found a solution for us in a matter of minutes, asking me to re-emailing him our order so he could get it ready.Not only did he do that, but he also had it delivered and sent ASAP to our office. The only reason for the 2 star is because the food is very good. But I placed an order for Waitr for a sandwich and a salad. When I received my order, the salad was missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager, Jared. He offered to refund the order or "write down" my name so I could pick it up later. I elected to pick it up immediately because unfortunately I've had this happen before and I know taking down my name doesn't actually work. I wasted my time before work driving there, which is why I elected to use Waitr in the first place, and then waited for 10 minutes at the "to go" counter with a DoorDash driver, who eventually shouted at someone walking past. Up walks Jared himself, who hands the driver a bag, but when she says she's also waiting on a drink, he turned and made eye contact with me, and then just walked away from us. The driver waited again for the lady at the counter to finally acknowledge her between customers and got her drink. I waited until someone walked past and finally got my salad.I got home and the salad dressing wasn't sealed, it had spilled all over the inside of the bag. So now I have a pointless salad anyway, just to make things worse.Not once did anyone just APOLOGIZE. Not even when I spoke to Jared on the phone. Any manager knows that a simple apology goes a long with with an irritated customer.
McAlister on You're Dr.The customer service is horrible!!!Not greater when we arrived. If yhe counter wasnt there the girls would have fallen on the floor from leaning. Very inconvenient with customers! The French dip was cold, meat was hanging off one side of the bread and the other side of the sandwich had nothing but cheese on it, and when I asked the manager to refix it she copped an attitude!! It took us asking three different employees to get us our recipe.We will not go back to that location and we do NOT recommend them to anyone!
Great food and staff but they made and gave my sister the wrong order. The cashier was nice but was not very willing to replace the order with the correct one.
Bought two gift cards and they weren't activated. Gave them as gifts out of state. The manager said they would have to be mailed back to me to get new ones even though I had the receipts for them. Poor customer service.
Food is usually good every time we go to this location there is always something missing from out order or something is wrong with our food.

Terrible customer service . I went in about 9:30 when it closes at 10pm. Walk in the door , no one greeted me . I reall didn’t feel welcomed. Ordered potato soup the Cup size. When I received my order the cup was 1/4 full . So i asked if they can fill my cup up . The girl came out of the kitchen and said oh we out of potato soup and what you got is all that we had. Another later come out garbs the bowl and says she will take care it . The tall girl for kitchen states im ready to go home. 5 minutes late my bowel was filled. I have been eating at McAlister’s for over 10 years and never got potato soup the consistency of water . Never in ten years have a had such bad service. I really love McAlister’s .I-Hate that they left this type impression on me. Prayers for the new workers at the Youree drive location.
