Had lunch today, fried shrimp & catfish was delicious. Husband's shrimp po- boy was disappointed. You cannot eat this without taking it apart. Something was off with the Jambalaya, not good today like it has been. Please go back to different cups, the plastic cups sweat & the ice melts to soon. Server was great.
Went there last might for a birthday celebration. Music way too loud for dining. Waitress said couldn't ask to turn down a little because it was live music??? Amp, speakers still have volumn control knobs. Blackened redfish and roasted potatoes were excellent. Small serving for price. Crab and corn bisque was a can of creamed corn with maybe a teaspoon of crab meat with some spice sprinkled on and very pricey. Served luke warm and the gumbo was terrible. Also luke warm rice was crunchy with what tasted like a jar of brown cheap gravy poured over it for a roux. It did have some chicken and sausage but an embarrassment to-a real cook. Fairly busy but not overly. Service was ok not great. Pleasant but never came back to ask about drinks. Will not be back. Never leave reviews but thought this was warranted.
Weekly fave spot…. Killer boiled shrimp and boiled shrimp salads, jambalaya is best in town, crawfish season for great patio dining… crazy good burgers, poboys, and don’t forget meat pies and boudin roll appetizers!!!
Super good. It was pretty loud, hard to have a conversation, but that was not the restaurants fault. The jambalaya was amazing! We has half catfish half shrimp, I could only eat half, good large portions. French fries were outstanding.
If you are looking for a place that has a great atmosphere and amazing food, this is it. The charbroiled oyster are the best in Shreveport, this was our second time going and both times the food has been delicious. The shrimp tacos are second to none! We also had crab cakes as an appetizer, it comes with coleslaw that has so much flavor and they pair wonderfully. For dessert we had bread pudding the first time we went and this time we had Creme Brule. Both were fantastic! The service is great and the atmosphere is hard to describe. It's a really nice place but it's still down to earth. If you are looking for outstanding seafood, give Looosiana Seafood Market a try!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and drinks were yummy. Wait staff was friendly but there were only three waitresses and they were a bit overwhelmed. Our food was delivered gradually and some of it wasn’t as hot as it should have been but it was still overall a good experience. We saw a lot of old friends and that was fun.
Thai is my new spot! Service was great and food was delicious! Cranberry martini was soooo good
