Ok so me and my husband have been here a few times hoping to have a different experience but this place is honestly just bad. The service is awful. Twice I’ve had to wait in the car with my kids while my husband waits to get a check. The food takes forever to get to the table. You are guaranteed to get a messed up order and last night my daughter and I didn’t even get our food until everyone at the table was done eating so we ended up taking it to go. I understand that sometimes things happen this is why we have always gone back but I think last night was a deal breaker for us. They really need to get it together. They staff is rude and acts inconvenienced when you need something. The tables are always sticky and it just not worth the money. Never a fun experience
Do you like overcooked, unseasoned steak with invisible baked potato toppings and non-existing cutlery? Then this is the place to order takeout for you. The to go person will ignore your phone calls, even though the number is on the door and it says to call. You'll call again and continue to be ignored. Eventually, they will bring out your $37 steak dinner (that is severely over priced), when they are good and ready. Do not be surprised if it looks like it's been shaken to death when you open the box and juice gets all over the place, that's just part of the Logan experience.Don't be like me and decide never to cheat on Texas Roadhouse again. Why get 4 free hot buttered rolls with your order? Why get a chef that understand the difference between well and medium well? No need to get a baked potato that's not like a hockey puck and fluffs up.No seriously, run don't walk away from this restaurant ... Thank me later!!
Food is great except the sirloin steak which I would always get is now so chewy I quit getting it. Too much sinew running through it. I havent tried the other steaks due to the high price. All their sides are good until the other night when I ordered the bbq baked beans. What I got was something like Ranch Style Beans which I do not like. I expect to see this in a lower class restaurant not Logans. I do have to say we have never had any problems with the wait staff or servers. Unfortunately I will not order the sirloin again.

I took my sister who was visiting town out for a birthday lunch. The food was bad and the service was even worse. Our waitress brought rolls to our table with butter. My sister made the mistake of asking for cinnamon butter. The waitress snapped and said "we dont serve nothing but regular butter". Soon after another table in our section asked for cinnamon butter and the response they got was "yes ma'am, ill get it right out to you. My sister then ordered steak-medium with a side salad. It arrived well past well done. She struggled to cut it and couldn't chew it once it was cut. I ordered meatloaf for myself. It came with a teaspoon of mashed potatoes hidden under the meat with no gravy at all. I also had green beans that appeared to be straight out the can as they were room temperature. And the corn was very chewy and gummy. We couldn't get refills at all because our waitress ignored us. And the attitude was worse after my sister asked to see someone concerning her steak. The waitress snatched the receipt out of her had and walked off muttering under her breath. We decided to pay using separate tickets. When the waitress returned she slammed down the receipt belonging to my sister and snatched my card and receipt from me. My sister had her card in hand to pay her bill and the waitress ignored her and walked off as if she didn't see it. She then returns my card and receipt and continues to ignore my sister. We waited 10 minutes then decided to leave her ticket on the table with cash for it. The waitress just stood watching. While walking out I noticed the waitress run over to our table as we were leaving. This was such a disappointing experience. I was hoping it was the same great experience that I had enjoyed on previous visits but nope. I know times are rough for us all but please hire folks that actually want to work and not angry with the world. Please do better.
We came here for the first time this weekend. I was very impressed. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient, we were seated promptly, and drinks and food were served promptly. The food was very good.If I had any complaint at all, it would be I wish there was an option for larger cuts of sirloin-an 8 oz would have been perfect. I wasn't fond of the seating, so close together... but I will definitely be back. Far more friendly and efficient than another steak place we have gone to.
Service was AWESOME, Thank you Ariel!!!! Appetizer and sides were fantastic. But my steak was not cooked right twice. But can't complain to much, flavor was good, just not right temp. Gave me a discount, which I was not expecting, I was very thankful and will definitely return.
We got in and got seated quick our waitress was great. We got fried mushrooms for an appetizer they was good. The salad was good. My girl got the filet mignon she really enjoyed I had the t-bone which was cooked good but didn't have allot of flavor. Also they don't have the complimentary peanuts no more which was one of the reasons we wanted to go but everything else was good and wasn't that expensive
Ordered to go. My steak was fine, but my husband's steak was so flat and over cooked. Our waffle fries were hardly warm when I got home only 10 minutes after pick up. Maybe I will try to dine in next time, but I doubt I will be back.
